SwitzerlandThe rooms need an upgrade, even for a two star hotel. Room price not corresponding to quality. Unfortunately no storage found for bicycles.
Well located, short distance to main pedestrian area and a grocery store.. Nice garden restaurant, also for breakfast. Selection of fresh fruit in breakfast buffet. Room was ready right after midday. Attentive staff - even provided oatmilk at request. Did not try the restaurant but apparently it’s good.

SwitzerlandUnfortunately there was no Airconditioning so the stay was rather unpleasant bcs it was so hot outside (35C°) would not be a problem if its not so hot outside.
The room was very clean, and the location is perfect in the city centre. Staff was really nice and even availible late night.

I really liked the service, especially how the cleaning staff took care of my room and made everything neat and tidy. The bed was very comfortable, which made my stay even more enjoyable.

IrelandWord of warning!..I wouldn't stay here again, the temperature of the room in summer is unbelievable hot and stuffy even with no sun heat getting in, the fan didn't work, me and my partner couldn't sleep all night. We have a cat so filtered booking for pets allowed. And told them upfront we have a cat. After I paid and checked out I got an angry phone call saying they don't accept cats and sent me an extra bill of 100chf which I definitely shouldn't have paid but just wanted to be done dealing with them, there was no damage to the room. They need to remove that pets are allowed. It is listed nowhere that cats are not allowed. Really horrible experience. Never again would I stay here.

Singaporeour room with small balcony wi~fi signal on/off.very irritating.Sit outside balcony signal totally blocked.Given 01 small noisy fan for hot summer.Boss & staff no patience in helping us.Tell them so many times,kept telling us got signal until I told staff to come up to our room to check. After connect router at main corridor, still no signal. Tell them again,boss said i am rude.Staff didn^t tell me must pay for 01 bottle of water when I asked for it. Forged my signature on receipt without my knowledge.Have to tell staff for hot~ water kettle.Not.value for money e~mail directions to their hotel before coming.kept replying in Italian which I dont understand

It‘s a very nice place to stay - we often stay at Osteria Ticino if we are visiting Ascona - verd nice people, nice rooms and good prices. It is very good located and the breakfest is very nice!
