The bed was hard and the pillow was tiny but hell, the view was to die for.

We arrived by car in the village and the road was extremely narrow. We drove literally through the people's front yards to reach the hotel. When we reached the place we were asked to pay more for the third person. The booking was confirmed for 3 people but the only order was a double room with an extra bed at a cost of 99 swiss francs. So we thought that the third bed was free at all. But at the hotel we paid an additional 50 francs for it. The staff said that they emailed us, but we were out of mobile data the whole day and we weren't able to receive it. Very disappointing experience. They provided us a standard triple room, which was not listed as an option during the booking.

We needed affordable accommodation and chose this place. The staff was very kind and the village had wonderful views and location.

Parking is about 100 Metres on the parking area. But this is a small issue as the village is beautiful.

Great views across the valley. Lovely village location and peaceful. The terrace dining area is good with excellent home cooked meal.

This inn is small but makes the most of the space it has. Our room, though small and on street level, was well insulated, and the beds were comfortable so we slept like babies. Electrical outlets and lights were available in all the right spots. An electric kettle was even at our disposal to make tea. The restaurant has a lovely terrace and serves pizza and a daily meal (we had said meal and it was very good). Breakfast is a bit limited considering the daily hike ahead of us, but with yogurt, meat, and cheese beyond the regular bread and jams, it's actually more complete than when you get in a typical colazione in this part of the country and in Italy. The hosts were very welcoming.

The staff was not friendly at all. We were with one new-born baby and one 1 year old baby, and for any question we had, the answer was: no.. not possible.. We asked for water and they charged us €9 for 2 small bottles of 250gr, while the tap water is drinkable and is for free! ( of course they didn’t tell us that). At the breakfast the 1 year baby ate a small piece of bread and 10gr of yogurt ( from my plate) so they wanted to charge for an extra person breakfast! Of course they told us about this only at the end. We did order at the dinner a plate with mix salami and cheese. Since the place did contait only 1 piece of cheese , we asked for additional 2 more pieces if possible. At the end they did charge us €7,50 extra for 2 small pieces of cheese…(normally the staff should mention that any addition or dish change would bring an extra charge, so we could get the choice to accept it or not). This was not the case… Not not to mention the fact that the room doesn’t even have any gel or shampoo in the bathroom… Zero! We did mention this to the staff and they said it is too expensive to put this in the bathroom… (?!?! really?!?). The rooms were not clean and full of dust ( I have had an allergic crysis from dust, which It doesn’t normally happen). A tip: When you order something in the restaurant, make sure you ask for the prices upfront. Also any addition you ask , be aware it will be charged at a high price. And this will be only mentioned during the check- out.

We came to this location due to the nice view of the location. The view is very nice! Only this was the only nice thing about the property and our stay…..

Very cute room under the wooden roof in this small village on top of the hill. We had also a very nice dinner and brekfast at the hotel restaurant , prepared by Claudia and her husband. All local food, very tasty. Their pasta with vegetables is very special :-) You cannot reach the hotel directly with the car: you should park it in the parking lot just outside the village and walk the last 200 mt. Google would try to take you all the way there with the car, but it is not possible! At the parking lot you find a sign that indicates the direction to reach the Osteria. Make sure you have your mobile phone with you for some light in the parts of the walk where there is no public light.
