Nice apartment with great location. We needed an accommodation with kitchen as have a four years old who like home made food. The kitchen and all Appliances were fully functional. It’s very conveniently located, 7-8 mins walk from Interlaken OST station. There’s a coop around the corner and river Aare is just behind the building for quick strolls and offers great views. Katja was very helpful and prompt to reply and arranged few bits we requested quite quickly.

The curtain was too short to fully cover the windows, and the street door was not fully blinded. It made us feel concerned about privacy especially the room is located on the ground floor where pedestrians walked just outside. Also, the couch's seat cushion may need replacement.

The self check-in was easy to follow. The room is located in the nice and quiet area and surrounded with good restaurants. It took us only 5-10 mins walk to the central and train station. The host was really responsive and provided sufficient equipment for a long stay.

There should be an easy-to-find light switch going up the flight of stairs to the apartment. We would have liked more pillows and towels. At least one additional key would be very helpful.

The location was amazing and convenient to everything. It had a gorgeous view! The place was very clean. Laundry facilities were much appreciated.

No air con and no shutters on top apartment windows. There were blankets provided to cover windows, but to do this window needed to be shut to hold blanket in place therefore rooms got a little warm overnight while sleeping. No mirrors in bedrooms, small thing but if there are a few girls, there is a ‘queue’ for the mirror in the living area. There was a mirror in the bathroom, but the bathroom light would time out after 30 seconds so total darkness.

There is no lift for carrying the luggage to top floor. Laundry is shared in basement. It was hot so fans might not be sufficient to beat the heat.

The location is 7 min walk from Interlaken west station and there is a supermarket nearby. Very convenient. The hosts are very friendly and very helpful. They let us store our luggage in the hallway while spending the day outside.

The stairs were narrow, making it difficult to carry our luggages up. Bathroom was spacious, but could be cleaner.

This place was spacious and homey, lovely views from the windows. Bedrooms were large and nice, comfortable and clean apartment with useful facilities!

Neighbours were a bit noisy when showering and walking. They accidentally left the exhaust fan on over night and the noise made it difficult to sleep but the host was contacted who contacted the neighbours and they switched it off the next day making for a pleasant second nights sleep.

Location was excellent, the apartment was roomy, it was clean and the heated floor was very comforting.

The bunk bed. Would've preferred a large bed. But that was already in the pictures shared. It wasn't a surprise. The laundry is in the basement.

The studio was very accessible. Walking distance from the Interlaken West train station. As well as from the Interlaken Ost station. It was easy to find and the self checkin was smooth. The room is big in size. Has all modern amenities. A big tv, a fast wifi, microwave etc. The stay was overall very comfortable. And would highly recommend it to others.

I went to Interlaken with my sisters and mother. We had a lovely stay at Nimbuzz apartment for 3 nights. It is centrally located, just near the Interlaken West train station. The apartment was big enough for four of us and the view from the window, of the mountain and hills were breathtaking. The kitchen is comfortable and equipped with oven microwave coffee machine. I would like to suggest the host to change the cooking pans, they seemed super old and scratched. And maybe add at least one cooking pot. The host is amazing. She was really helpful and attentive throughout our stay. All in all, good budget good apartment for our family trip. 😊

The bed is not comfortable ,making sound everytime when we used to turn arounand also it is bunk bed which can be put as a single bed. The tv remote is not properly working.

There was only 1 roll of toilet paper and no dishwashing detergent (although, plenty of dishwasher tablets provided). Payment system didn't work either, thankfully, I was able to transfer the amount, but it might have been a bit more difficult for people travelling from outside of Europe

Located a short walk from Interlaken West station. Very close to shops and restaurants. David is very friendly and helpful. Apartment is a good size for 4 people (maybe a little tight with more).

The bank beds were pretty narrow and the mattress had rigid springs. What was not pleasant was the bad ventilation - whenever the apartment next door would cook sth the whole studio would smell like it.

The location was convenient with bars and supermarkets nearby. Coffee pods were provided for making coffee.

1. Many light bulbs are blown. 2. Two windows on the ground floor have no curtains so we needed to keep them closed all the time and could not enjoy the scenery. 3. one of the windows above the door has no curtains so people outside from higher floors can look in 4. the other two windows have gaps in their curtains so privacy is compromised.

Availability of washing machine and dryer was a pleasant surprise. They should advertise this on their website. Good shower. Room well heated..
