Everything was perfect.

The apartment was just wonderful. Bright, cozy, and centrally located. Quality fixtures, fittings, glassware, linen etc. Very quiet even though ideally located for the Main Street, the train station and the various mountain trains and gondola’s. Nice side view of the Matterhorn, it was fun looking to see if it was on display (or not). We were very pleased with our stay and highly recommend this apartment.

Would have liked some conditioner for hair. The European laundry dryer took many hours and several rounds to get a small load dry. Maybe some instruction on what the dryer settings are to choose from. The various suns weren’t helpful for non-Europeans.

We loved the modern design of the interior and that it was SO close to everything in town. I could literally go get something from the grocery and be back in 5 min! The kitchen was well stocked with all the basics as well.

As air conditioning wasn't available (not unusual in this), it would have been nice to have fans available for those warmer nights.

The shared laundry facility can be challenging to schedule.

Beyond expectation… spacious, clean, modern amenities, very organized and proximity to most attractions, stations and the shops. The cherry on top is the view of the Matterhorn from the balcony.

Very spacious and clean. Very close to the station and has elevators to take the luggage. All facilities available even laundry.

Unfortunately the microwave was inoperable at the time of our stay. The owner was waiting receipt of a new one to replace. It did not hinder our wonderful time at the property.

Everything with the property, owner and location were excellent! Very close to the train station, 3-min walk. Great communication and instructions from the owner.

We informed the host the microwave isn’t working and they were ready to replace it but we didn’t need it because we only used the hob. Host are ready and easy to get hold of so nothing to worry about.

The apartment is close to shops, restaurants and trains. Coop grocery store is just behind Norqain watch shop 2min away from the apartment ( incase you wonder where you could buy groceries). The apartment is easy to locate and has everything you need if of course want to cook and have your own privacy and enjoy the view while sitting out in the veranda. View is fantastic and the place is quiet and safe. The host is quick to respond to messages or emails. The apartment is a bit pricey because I booked it during peak season but apparently it is also listed on other flat-forms and of better price so check it out. We enjoyed our stay and I recommend anyone should try and use this apartment because you will love it like we have.

I don't know how to use the microwave, it didn't work so we couldn't use it. And also the toaster, anytime we used it, all the electricity in the kitchen were cut off, maybe it's broken i guess.

Soooo beautiful apartment and prompt facilities. The owner and family was so nice and prepared well for all things. Super close to the train station, my mom is 71 years old so she had not to walk so far, my 3 big baggages were so heavy. There's elevator reaching our floor and also I like they have laundry room downstair for washing and drying our clothes. All spare things such as toilet papers and else are over enough. We had a great time there in Zermatt coz of you. Thank you so much 😊🙏💓

Some kitchen appliances didn't work - dishwasher and microwave. The owners didn't inform us about that, so it was frustrating not being able to use everything.

Great location, 2 minutes from the main train station, the Gornergrat railway station, and supermarket. Very clean and comfortable, lots of space and well equipped

The apartment was even better than what we saw on the photos. Loved the large living room and little balcony from where you can sit and enjoy the view and even see the tip of the Matterhorn. The location could not get any better - right next to the train station with shops and restaurants almost at our doorstep and yet it wasn't noisy.

Amazing apartment! Didn't want to return back home! The location is perfect, 2 min walk from the station, about 10 min walk to the lifts. Spacious rooms, beautiful leaving area and a fully equipped kitchen.

Small kitchen, weak pressure of the shower head in the master toilet (with the bathtub). Non responsiveness of the contact person when we were asking for directions on where to locate the washing machine.

Just the check in is very late and the check out is also cery early.

The location is very good. Walking distance from everything. Also there’s a place where we can leave our luggages just in case you arrive there early or you need to go somewhere else before heading to your next location. The host is also very responsive and helpful during our stay.
