Heating is poor/insufficient in the property especially the living room. It’s strange that there isn’t a TV set! Pillows are dead flat with no extras to spare.

Property is spacious with 2 toilets which is not common to find in Zurich.

Pillows were really soft and flat - only provided one pillow per person, could do with extra pillows. Apartment a bit run down but enough for basic needs

Very spacious apartment with 3 big bedrooms. It has all the facilities that you would ever need. Nice neighborhood. The host prepared everything very well. Smooth check-in. Great value. All in all satisfied and happy.

This place requires a deposit of 250 francs. It's been a month and a half now and they still haven't given me my deposit back !

I think the apartment needs to renovate, it’s a bit old especially bathroom and kitchen. The apartment doesn’t have air conditioning or even fan which was a bit problem for us because was so hot even when we opened the windows, so I think a fan will be good for the hot weather.

The location was perfect 1 minute from bus and trams station and about 15 minutes from train station. The apartment was quite big. Staff were very friendly and very quick responding.

We visit Zurich a couple of times a year. To be very honest, we had never been to one that was as disappointing as this one. The place needs a renovation. Bed is small and not comfortable. Rooms smell. Everything in the apartment is old and dirty, kitchen equipment, sheets, towels. We even had ants infestation in our unit. Having a 3 yrs old who is allergic to insects. This is a serious problem to us. We notified the host but they did nothing. Balcony is dirty. Not useable.

None, we chose this place because we had no choice. Everywhere else was booked.

They are robbing people. Apart from paying rent they ask for security fee of CHF 250. This security fee will never be returned completely. They charge you as per their whims. I even cleaned the apartment before checkout, disposed of garbage and no damage to the property was done BUT I Was CHARGED 171 CHF for cleaning fee. It was never mentioned that cleaning fee will be paid. They are pure robbers. Moreover, it is rainy day today I asked them for little extension in checkout but was not extended.

Clean spacious house, 3 good sized bedrooms with 2 bathrooms with toilets & 1 more toilet, at a peaceful & approachable location with great connectivity. Beautiful green spacious common backyard with sitting table facility. Perfect for a family/group of 6 people. Well equipped spacious kitchen. We enjoyed cooking together as family. A small suggestion to make a cheese grater & Microwave available. We loved & enjoyed living together in this apartment for 4 days. It's value for money.
