The room could be cleaner. Also, we had requested a baby cot, which was not provided at first. But we could fast resolve it.

The view is great, the place is really spacious, the washing facilities are a big plus, and the self-check-in is a good option.

It was very close to the train station to Zermatt. The apartment was very clean, well-maintained and had many parking spots.

- The staff was nice and kind, but before we inquired, we were not informed that the child was exempt from tourist tax. It would be a good idea to notify in advance that children do not pay tourist tax. This is because the hotel can reduce the process of getting a refund if the customer don't know. - There was no sofa bed installed. When I inquired over the phone, I was told that everything was inside the sofa when I opened it, and that I should install it myself. I even had to put cotton into the blanket myself. It was a very interesting experience as it was the first time I was asked to do that while living in Europe.

Easy to check in and out. Location is great and entire place was clean and comfortable. Owner was responsive to my messages in reasonable time. View from place is great and awesome when clouds disappear. Short walk to get train to Zermatt (approx 10 mins).

Garden area advertised was overgrown and unsecure, we had booked the property so we could exercise our dog here and it wasn't possible. Property needs touch ups, looks worn in places and like someone has sprayed a bottle of cola all over the kitchen ceiling.

Although advertised, there was no parking spot available for us upon arrival, the note said to call for help if that would happen, I did, and the staff didn’t really know how the payment/refund would happen, so they asked me to call the owner. Unfortunately, the owner had a bad day and poured out a lot of his anger out on his customer- to the point where threatening to cancel the reservation and obscene words were used. Having been traveling from a soccer camp through four countries in 24h and finally reaching the destination, I have not wished to ask my small child to pack up and move and drive, so we stayed. The argument cost me a lot of energy, stress and alterations in the plans. After several months, it still gives my vacation bitter taste and I utterly regret booking this place. It’s much better to be opened about the lack of parking and kindly ask the customer to pay the 15-20CH fee for a day, then offer a refund per invoice with is never gonna happen, as private people can’t send invoice, and get yelled at for pointing out that fact.

We chose this apartment because knowing how complicated is parking in Switzerland we needed an option with parking space included. The night we arrived at the apartment, all parking spaces were full and after phone convo and WhatsApp messages we were sent to park our car to the train station parking. A Refund was promised to us and to the other 3 clients (out of 8 en total) in the same situation. However, we never received the refund despite several intents of contact via booking and WhatsApp. It is not about how much the parking costs it is about the fact that the parking was included in the reservation and they have not provided this service, they make us walk at late hours of the evening to find a solution and they are not taking responsibility of it. Shame on you. Worst booking experience ever in my life.
