The hotel is located near the train station and it is not really well sound isolated so I could hear the trains even it is early in the morning so I could not really have a good sleep.

The view is spectacular, the room is very clean. The staff was helpful. We had such a nice stay here and I would like to book again if I ever come back to the area.

Excellent location, most helpful staff, clean, plenty of shelves and drawers. Nice individual air conditioning in the room. Very nice breakfast served in the restaurant with broad views of mountains , vineyard and lake. The restaurant serves meals and snacks all day, making it very convenient for hotel guests. EXCELLENT!!!

Provided excellent value for money when compared to other hotels. Ideal location for buses and trains and beautiful view of lake from restaurant. Had stayed at this hotel before, knew what to expect and was not disappointed. Will stay here again if back in Switzerland.

Heating was low, but could be easly changed and was fine after some hours. Master bed room very comfortable. Sofabed rather hard to sleep. Hot water for long showers fine for 3 person, however there is is a boost buttom to restore within 2h. Don't get irritated of popcorn smell at reception ;-)

Nice clean appartment with lake view, good kitchen. Road below hardly frequented over night and hard to hear with closed windows. Very central, 1min walk from train station Spiez for day excursions. 24h accessible parkhouse and groacery (Migros, Denner and farmacy) in same building. Hosts efficent. Reception at the cinema bar, which offers also breakfast at cost if wished.

We loved the fun of the decor, all movie themed. The service from everyone was brilliant. We had a delicious dinner in the restaurant which was excellent value for money. The room we stayed in was James Bond. The room was spotlessly clean, very comfortable beds and the most amazing pillows.

Proximity to the train station. It’s quirky, being a hotel, cinema and bistro but it added to the charm.

The hotel is just a 5 mins walk away from the main train station. There is a Migros supermarket right beside the hotel. The room was clean. The breakfast spread was good. The hotel has a small cinema below.

Best location! Very friendly staff! comfortable bed and beautiful room with different decoration related to art. The hotel is full of the kindness and love of life of the owners. I would love to go back if I have the chance. The price is reasonable. Breakfast is not buffet but the lady prepared undeserved very well.

Not enough restaurants close by. You have to walk down to the lake to go to any restaurants. The walk is a little steep when you are coming back from the lake

Location was good. Close to the train station (which we used alot) and had a nice view of Lake Thun. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony looking at the lake at the end of our day. Staff was accommodating and grocery store was next door.

The only thing I would change is the pillows! They were big and weird and floppy, and had weird textured pillow cases, and I wish they were just normal. But everything else was great!
