We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomNo restaurant in the hotel in the evening. Came here 30 years ago and they had a swimming pool. Not now though sadly but there is one at the post hotel which is their sister hotel but this is closed until November.
The Mountain View from our bedroom was superb.

Switzerland- The room we were given had NOTHING to do with the pictures shown on Booking –nor the hotel's website– for the chosen category. On the pictures one could clearly tell that the rooms have been renovated (at least partially), but our room was old and dark. Its look and furniture were very different than on the pictures. So I went to the reception to ask about it and their answer was "We do not take pictures of every room". As much as I agree on this point, I felt like I was being scammed. If there is such a big style difference, then they should consider adding and extra category with a different price, 'cause I would have never agreed on paying 540 CHF per night for that room. In the end they moved us to another room, which was still very disappointing, but at least it had more natural light (3 windows instead of 1). I don't know why they didn't give us that room in the first place. - The spa is mall and only has two single-person whirlpools (from which one was broken), and the water in them is soooo cold. Not relaxing at all! On the morning of January 1st we still wanted to have a fast sauna session before breakfast (it was 10:15), but both saunas were still turned off, even if the spa officially opens at 6AM. For the hotel category pretty disappointing. - We had our NYE Dinner at the Damoro Restaurant, 1 normal menu and 1 vegetarian. In the vegetarian menu I found only one interesting and delicious dish out of 5. The service that night was slow and chaotic... We had to keep reminding the staff about our extra orders (bread and wine), or even tell them that we weren't served yet, while all the other people were already finishing their dishes. - The breakfast service on the morning of the 1st of January was prolonged until 12, a nice gesture. But unfortunately, when we got there at 11:15, the buffet was almost empty and not being refilled anymore. - Be aware that dogs are allowed in the hotel, but in none of its restaurants.
- The rooms are big and spacious - The hotel's location is practical for the skilifts and there are quite some good restaurants in the area - The hotel offers a lot of different restaurants and bars - The sauna in the spa was nice - The restaurant (Damoro) staff was very friendly

SwitzerlandThe only small thing that didn't work was that casting the screen from my phone to the tv in the room didn't work, despite the tv did offer such an option.
Very nice standard of the hotel. The room has both shower and bath tube. There is a modern large tv and very good internet access. Teamaker and mini bar (empty, but can be stocked by the hotel on demand). The hotel has small but versatile fitness room and a spa. Excellent breakfast choice and quality. The beds are comfortable and I particularly liked the pillows. The reason why I chose this hotel over other hotels of similar standard was that this hotel offered longer cancellation period and later check-out time (12:00 instead of 11:00 in other hotels).
