United KingdomOur first room which was the standard king room and it had many issues (old, neglected furniture, flashing light, unusable plug sockets, peeling paint) that we would not expect at a property of this calibre. We were moved to another room and staff were helpful but we did feel the pictures on booking.com were not reflective of the actual room itself. The pool area was quite small and when we went to it there was loud DJ music playing which wasn’t to our taste.

AzerbaijanMinor matters : 1. We adore passion fruit for breakfast, but it was missing 2/3 days of our stay. 2. I kindly asked the receptionist with glasses, and i can't recall his name to extend checkout for at least 1hr or 30min. He kindly rejected several times , and eventually, we made it 30 minutes late without problem. I had stayed in many 5-star hotels, and my plea was never rejected . It is a simple compliment.
Everything. Amazing hotel and must return for sure. The cleaning team, breakfast team, and others from the reception team and concierge are just great. The room is fantastic !
