We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Hong KongThe self check-in could be a bit challenging! Luckily, it went smoothly for me. Also, I will remember St. Moritz for the rain, which never seemed to stop during most of my time there.
Enjoyed my stay at this very well equipped studio centrally located in St. Moritz. The host sent me his guidebook before my arrival, which was helpful.

MalaysiaI must say I was very unused to having to do everything on my own, including having to clear the rubbish before I go. I come from Asia where the hotels and AirBnB that we stay in do not require such things. In any case, I did clear the rubbish after finding out the location despite being in a rush to the train station
The location was very centralized and near to the bus stops which made travelling very easy. And, the facilities for cooking some meals was great

The host was exceptionally communicative and helpful, providing lots of information for arrival, stay, and places to eat and visit to make the most out of pur stay. The apartment was very well equipped, including plenty of utensils for the kitchen. The apartment is very close to the center of St. Moritz and large enough to fit all of our (abundant) luggage and still have space for dining and moving around comfortably. Totally recommended

A very modern apartment in the centre of town. Only 2 stops on the bus from the railway station and very close to the drop off bus stop on arrival. An easy walk to the lake from the property. Information booklet provided by Alexander was excellent.
