Loved how spacious it was, the view, the balconies were wonderful to spend time on. Fabulous amenities. Made use of the washer and dryer and the underground cog train that we were permitted access to.

The picture, although awesome, still does not do justice to the view in person. It has the best view in the whole town and probably the country. We fell in love with the place and wish we could buy it. The apartment is very nice and comfortable. The two-bedroom apartment features a kitchen, dining room, and living room.

Not a thing. It was perfect.

Everything! Beds were comfortable, kitchen had everything we needed, we even did laundry after having already traveled quite a bit. The decor was beautiful, so homey; I just loved it. And the views were exactly what I was hoping for. The host even reached out to let us know work would be in progress on a house next to theirs - they were afraid it would ruin our trip and offered us the chance to cancel. How nice is that? We elected to stay and couldn’t be happier that we did.

The apartment is well-stocked and has pretty much everything, including plate warmers! We went to bed and woke up to views of the Matterhorn and snowcapped roofs every morning. It was bliss.

Recommend to take a taxi if travel with the luggage. But without luggage, walking to the accommodation would be fine with the fine weather

Amazing view comes with a location that is a bit remote and higher, so walking back to the apartment after the ski day (with ski shoes) was a bit of a pain... so we took sometimes a cab and remember they are expensive in Zermatt. But we could live with this! Also there should be two set of keys, not only one.

Everything was great, the apartment looks exactly like on the pictures, the apartment is very well organised, all necessary appliances are available and in good condition, the apartment is clean. The view is amazing, as expected from the pictures.

You won’t be disappointed staying here. All amenities included. Responsive host. The only reason people might have an issue I can think of is that it’s an uphill if you decide to walk but once you check in there’s a shortcut to go to the lower level. This was my first booking experience and I booked this place when it was a new listing and no reviews yet and I’m very glad I took the chance. We all enjoyed our stay.

You have to work hard to find something we didn't like. The unit was on the edge of town in a very quiet neighborhood, which was nice. This did require a reasonabley steep uphill walk from the village, but with any amount of fitness, it wasn't a problem. Also, just having one key was a bit of a logistical challenge for two couples if we had different plans. But these were minor inconveniences for the overall fabulous accommodations.

We were out on the Terrace every afternoon and evening for drinks with a spectacular view over the town and the Matterhorn. Stunning and iconic view!!! The interior of the unit was exceptionally comfortable and tasteful. It was the best stocked rental unit I've ever been in. We cooked dinner and breakfast and always have plenty of quality dishes, glasses, mugs, pots, pans, basically everything you could think of! I was also very appreciative the bathrooms that had plenty of shelving and hooks, unlike many rental properties. Comfortable beds and high end linens were the icing on the condo cake! Super chalet for two couples!!!

Since it gives the direct view of the Swiss Alps and Matterhorn, it is about 15 to 20 mins walk from the main city. There are paid electric taxis that come at a call.

The place was so warm and welcoming. The home is kept so well with all the things needed to stay. The kitchen was fully equipped with all dishes and also spices and condiments. All gadgets were kept in good condition. The view of The Matterhorn was woww ,so amazing from the balcony. We had a few queries , which the property promptly replied to through booking.com

It was very difficult to do the laundry, and after trying over 10 times and moving from one laundry room to another 5 times, I was extremely tired. I needed more clear instructions. But the operator who helped me was good.

The property was amazing, there were no issues at all.

This was the best equipped property I’ve ever stayed at in my 30yrs of constant travel. Every detail had been thought of and the property was perfectly cosy and felt like we had arrived home. The view was absolutely spectacular, the position convenient and the online staff were very responsive and helpful. Genuinely one of the best stays I’ve had and would very happily return.

The taxi fare is always 35.- CHF, but well, its Zermatt !!!

The clear definition of a spectacular view will be found while your head rests in the room bed. Out of this world.
