Absolutely nothing～

The view—waking up to the majestic Matterhorn right outside the window felt like a dream. It‘s a sight I’ll never forget.

The only comment is that the glass door in the shower are installed on the opposite site to the shower itself, so if you are not careful the water ends up on the floor.

We liked the apartment, it was beautifully decorated and very cozy. Location was good, short walk from the bahnhof. Friendly and helpful owner, fast and easy communication, plus got a lot of tips. We liked coffee and my 3 year old ate all chocolate treats and drank a lot of tea.😅 We also liked the fact that we could leave our luggage before check in time. Overall very good experience.

The TV is very old & didn't work, had to put a lot of effort to get it going. The electricity of the entire town went off for around 3-4 hours in the evening. It was a Saturday & we were helpless with not a soul in sight. The owner doesn't stay in zermat so was more difficult. Finally we went to sleep in darkness and the electricity came sometime in night. There were no universal adapters so charging our mobiles was a issue.

It's a good property with excellent views. The interiors is also done up very nicely. It's a long uphill walk from station. It has a nice patio.

We can see the Matterhorn view from the apartment!! And this apartment is so comfortable and so lovely. Actually, we were stuck here for two more nights because of the snowstorm, but this place is still really comfortable – it was a real shelter during a difficult time. And Marion, the owner, is so lovely! She made everything convenient for us and kept us updated on the situation constantly. Thank you so much for everything; we've had a beautiful adventure here, a truly unforgettable experience.

The walk to the apt though short is not doable with luggage and kids so we had to take a cab at check in and check out. Rest of the time we walked to and fro.

We love the view of Matterhorn, and the lawn that we can just sit there and enjoy this fantastic scene from. It is not a balcony, it is our backyard! We also love how the apt is decorated, it is so sweet.

With the amazing view, can see Matterhorn from sunrise to sunset.. the room is warm and comfy🥰 even though have to walk 10mins from the station, but definitely would back again!!

Nothing to complain!

The view is stunning, although it is a bit far from the train station, but it worths! The apartment is so nice and cosy. The kitchen is well equipped, we don’t have chance to use it though. I definitely recommend to stay here while travelling in Zermatt:)
