Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

CyprusVery welcoming and helpful staff. I would especially like to mention the following hotel employees: Lawrence, Julietta, Fabio, Bogdan and Adi. Magnificent view from the room to the lake. The room is comfortable. An unforgettable magic experience of visiting a Japanese restaurant Minamo with a chef Yutaka Kobayashi. Every dish was like a piece of art. Definitely come back again and will recommend to the friends.

United KingdomThe location, food and staff were all exceptional. It was lovely being able to walk around near Lake Lucerne every day. The train station was around 10-15 mins walk away. The staff were so helpful and friendly and ensured my birthday was one to remember and the food was delicious at breakfast as well as dinner time. We dined at the Colonade on the first night and it was an amazing culinary experience.

United KingdomThe wellness area was very nice. However it was very noisy when we used it. Some hotel guests were using mobile phones making loud phone calls. The hotel might want to enforce quiet rules for the relaxation area.
Lovely location on the lake. Well appointed room and extremely large bed. Staff were very helpful especially the concierge. We didn’t try all the restaurants but the food was generally very good. We used the gym a couple of times as well as the spa area. Valet parking that you pay for was very efficient. We were impressed with the cleanliness of the whole place in particular the gym and spa.
