Excellent stay. Great central location and close to bus stop, which is essential to explore the region. Rooms very clean and beds comfortable. The hotel restaurant and service was top class.

The family suite is located in the building across the street, without an elevator. Breakfast was sparse.

There was nothing I could fault.

We stayed in the family lodge. It was superb for us. We have two teen boys, so the space was great. The hotel were fantastic, they picked us up and dropped us off at the train station. Pontresina is lovely. We did the horse ride and walked back from Val Roseg. We took the train to St. Moritz. Ideal location for us. We enjoyed the welcome drinks too.

Only issue we had was with struggling to charge our phones in the room, but possibly this is to do with the difference in cables between the UK and Italy. Bring a portable charger!

Brilliant staff; gorgeous terrace with amazing mountain views. Loved the spa and the design of the bedrooms, incredible beds and bedding - great bathrooms! They held our luggage and offered to transport it to the station for free, so helpful. The staff were very efficient and polite. Lots of special touches - they saw it was my dad's birthday just from the passport date and sent prosecco to the room! Absolutely loved it. Stayed in 5 places on the Bernina Express and this was by far the best, most beautiful and comfortable. The town is also stunning.and the views from every room were gorgeous.

I just wish that I could visit the Hotel Müller more frequently

The hotel feels much more like a 4 or 5-star hotel - it's really a classy place to stay The staff are all very professional, helpful and courteous The rooms are well-appointed and the bedding and toiletries are top quality The hotel restaurant is EXCELLENT - absolutely one of the best restaurants in Pontresina (probably in all of Oberengadin!) Great breakfast with a nice selection of local produce - the cheese and cold meats are lovely Easy to reach by car or by public transport (the hotel will meet you at Pontresina train station) Very clean and hygienic accommodation

Great place to spend time in Engadin. I was there for a ski competition and had a very pleasant and relaxed stay. The train station and ski tracks are reachable by foot.

A bit expensive for the room we got but it was also high season during the festive days.

Breakfast was great, the staff were very helpful, and i liked the understated way in which the reception and dining areas were decorated. Reception also organised transfers to the station at a reasonable price.

The curtains don't fully cover the windows and don't block out the light (something that should be easy enough to fix!). In my room, there was also an issue with some of the lamps, which made a strange humming noise and suddenly turned on in the middle of one night.

Lovely, boutique-style little hotel along the main road, in easy reach of great restaurants as well as the train station. Wonderful, simple design of the rooms, with lots of wood. I stayed in a small double room, which was spacious enough for a few days and even featured a Nespresso coffee machine. Generally good attention to details and design (e.g., the elevator). The spa in the basement reflects the hotel's overall style: small, but beautifully designed (with columns, wooden floor, and white ceiling) and featuring everything that's needed (sauna, whirlpool, and steam room). Quiet and peaceful, overall.

Everything was perfect. big room, stunning views, also not very far from St.Moritz. Highly recommend this place. We will come for sure again there.

I stayed for one night, a stopover in Alps on longer distance trip. Friendly and welcoming staff at the reception and restaurant, nice atmosphere, comfort room, bed and blanket, complimentary house water and chocolates, lovely breakfast, easy parking, possibility to cancel (as my travel was uncertain).

I wish the steam room was nicer. It smelled a bit like bad drains.

This was a clean and peaceful spot. The room felt very serene, the bed was comfortable, I liked the mountain view from the living room of my suite. Though I started off in a more luxurious hotel, which closed for the season, then ended my visit to Pontresina here, my room here was honestly more comfortable than the luxury hotel. The other overall hotel amenities weren't as great- the spa was just a small sauna and steam, broken hot tub. But the public spa is right nearby, and you can get a day pass to several of the more luxurious hotel spas, which are only a short walk away. So instead of paying a fortune for a spa/hotel, consider staying in this peaceful gem and buying day passes elsewhere.
