United StatesThe apartment really could have used an instruction manual as a lot of the appliances were not at all intuitive to figure out, from the coffee machine, to the microwave, to the lighting. The host was responsive to my questions, but often replied with answers that were incomplete or not entirely helpful. The coffee machine only took a very specific, niche brand of pods, and it took a long time for me to get information about how to find and purchase them. I think in a case like that, and for the booking's price point, the host should provide enough pods for the first morning or at the very least, advanced information about how to stock up on them.
The space itself is fantastic. Spacious, modern, and with a wonderful outdoor space. Perhaps even better than the photos

AustraliaWe would have liked to have had a kettle, toaster and laundry facilities. It would have been good to have had a supply of coffee pods, tea bags and toiletries. Also instructions on the use of the lights and oven would have been useful.
The property was spacious and comfortable. Close to tram, supermarket and restaurants. Nice big bathroom with double basins.

IsraelThe light was very bad. The apartment is almost dark in the rooms and in particular in the kitchen. We read that other visitors complained on the dark light but we don’t realize how much uncomfortable it is. The owner didn’t fix it and didn’t wiling to fix it.

Hong KongOverall, property quite dark inside, especially with the dining light broken, owner did not fix it On day 2 morning after making a simple dinner on day 1, we noticed a patch of water on the kitchen floor coming from nowhere, so, we informed the owner right away. He came later on the same day to examine, confirned there was water leakage under the sink, cause unknown. While he was there, we also informed owner that there was an obvious crack on the electric stove, he said he was aware of it, a damage from previous guests, but did not say that he would fix it For 2 days we could not use the kichen sink to wash anything, very inconvenient. After we checked out from the property, he wrote to us blaming us for causing the water leakage and the cracks on the stove grew. He admitted the cracks there before us, why did he not replace the stove or fix the cracks, did he expect us not to use the stove at all? Also, the extended cracks appear at the area that we had not touched What could we have done to damage the water /drainage pipe system which was under the sink? We did not even open the kitchen cabinet door to throw in garbage , instead, we put the garbage bags out for more convenience We find his attitude quite annoying. We have stayed in air b n b all over the world and have taken care of properties very responsibly, we are also property owners and rent out properties, so we understand , but we are annoyed that we were blamed for damages we did not cause. The host is responsive but seem to blame his guests for damaging his place, like he told us previous guests damaged the dining area lamp, the outdoor sofa cushion, the fireplace, the electric stove......etc Why did he not fix them for the next guests So, we question, if he is so frustrated, why is he renting his place out?
Nested in a quiet neighborhood, property is quite new, rennovation is stylish and cozy, nice kitchen There is also outdoor space, convenient location with supermarket just around the corner, tram station also very close, can get to old town in 20 min Owner reaponsive

United KingdomStayed in this flat a year ago and actually it's worse. So dark and dingy. Bed linen and towels are old and tatty. And now washed in a fragrance which isn't great if you're allergic (it wasn't washed like this last year). Under the bed there's a small mountain of dust. Host is really unfriendly and unhelpful. Watch out for difficult check in, and only one key. So we managed to get locked out and were told we simply had to wait for a neighbour to come through the door to let us in. Shower was broken and whilst he offered to come and look at it, after being harassed about the city tax, and knowing how awful a person he was, we decided it wasn't worth ruining our stay to meet him during our stay to fix it. Thankfully my family is moving so we won't need to stay here again.

AustraliaOn arrival in the middle of a storm, we followed directions to open the front door of the building. The front door would NOT open. I contacted the person who I assumed was the owner and was told he'd contact someone. We waited in the rain until fortunately, another resident came past and let us in. Once in, we found there was NO internet and therefore NO TV. Again, we contacted the number we had, only to be told there was a new internet provider and we were given login details. They didn't work. To cut the story short - we were there for 4 days and the internet was not fixed. There in NO washing machine, NO iron or board, NO kettle, NO toaster - all pretty basic incusions, especially for the cost of this apartment. The garden needs some TLC as well - see photo.

TurkeyCatching the check-in hour was somewhat stressful due to our flight delay. However, we managed to make it just in time! :) It would have been great to have coffee balls. Since it was a short visit, we couldn't buy them because Migros was closed over the weekend. I would love to experience using them, as they are an environmentally friendly product.
The location was ideal for us since we needed to be at the Toni Areal building. It was a fantastic spot for our needs. Additionally, accessing various places was convenient due to the proximity of tram line 4. We appreciated the large TV with an excellent sound system. We wished we had more time to enjoy it! :)

United KingdomCheck in is not self check in. We didn't receive any instructions until we chased for them and with less than 24 hours to arrival we found out that if you don't check in by 17:59 you won't be able to get into the property. The host is rude and unhelpful if you have any questions. As an example it's common for flats in Zurich to be quite warm and this one is crazy hot so we asked how to turn down the temperature to room temperature of 20-21 degrees. The response from the host was 'you cant' and 'go outside if you need it cooler'. Additionally there are some basics that are missing from a self catered apartment like shower gel, hand wash and a kettle.

Modern, clean and beautiful. Huge terrace with a BBQ grill and small yard. Bed and couch were comfortable. 20 minute walk to shops and restaurants, or take the nearby train just a few stops. Quiet and safe neighborhood.
