- The flat is not cosy, it is quite austere. - Lack of attention to detail - 3 hangers for 2 large wardrobes, creased curtains, broken towel rail in the bathroom, scratched balcony - this is not ‘luxury’. - it's not very welcoming when you see a note right after entering saying that if you make too much mess or don't wash the dishes (I should add that there is a dishwasher!), you will be fined

- quiet, peaceful neighbourhood; if you like walking, you can reach the city centre in about an hour - parking is paid, but it's good that you can reserve a spot, otherwise it would be difficult to find a place - large and clean flat - balcony - friendly service

Extremely low ceiling, very small kitchen, no microwave... we almost had back ache due to constant bending as the ceiling is too too low. We got hit here n there coz of ceiling. Microwave was missing and the kitchen isn't well equipped

Could do with more basic kitchen items - sharp knife and as it sleeps 6, enough for that amount. The seating wasn’t enough either - main table 4 seats and sofa enough for 3

Getting the key was a bit hard. We couldn't work out how to get into the apartment. Luckily, some other people came along and helped us.

The two apartments we rented are nice, they have the amenities we needed, and I think they're newly renovated. They have a lift to use especially if you're bringing heavy suitcases.

Difficult to communicate with the landlords: we arrived and had to wait for someone to assist us to enter the building. The unit had a broken toilet seat. The towel railing was broken and missing. Note that the unit is 30 min walk from Zurich Altstadt. Wiedikon station about 5 min walk

I was quite disappointed with the condition of the apartment. Several issues made the stay uncomfortable and below expectations: 1) The bathroom lock was broken. 2) The towel hanger was missing. 3) The bathroom tiles had multiple cracks, which could be hazardous—especially for children. 4) Clogged shower tub 5) The kitchen was not well equipped. offering only very basic amenities compared to other apartments I’ve stayed in. I’ve attached some pictures to illustrate these concerns. I hope this feedback helps improve the experience for future guests.

Location was good, direct train to airport. Communication with the apartment owner was good, they were flexible with early check-in and late checkout.

The modern design and spacious layout of the apartments made them extremely comfortable. The light-colored decor created an airy and refreshing atmosphere. The living area was large, the kitchen was fully equipped, and the bathrooms were brand new. I believe this is a perfect choice, especially for long-term stays. Having a comfortable space to relax in the evenings after a long day was a huge plus.

1-The two toilet’s of three bedroom apartment had no lock’s , and when asked for the same by whst’s up ,they didn’t respond even . 2-while checking in , they just opened the door of the apartment without giving any clarification or instructions. 3-the master room has no clothes cabinet or door ( zero privacy) 4- the stairs is slippery. 5- Parking for the apartment is not provided.

We had a fantastic stay at the hotel. The rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable, which made ourstay incredibly relaxing. The staff was warm and attentive, and the overall atmosphere was peaceful and welcoming. Thank you for making our time in Switzerland so enjoyable!. Communication with their team wasn't great (slow or non-useful responses at times), we had to argue with them to put in the cot for our 7 month old baby (which we specified from the beginning), wifi was unreliable and they weren't responsive in trying to fix it. Also we would have expected some new towels and linen for a 6 night stay. Slightly unprofessional staffing and service here. Would not stay again.

Great location, near Wiedikon Zurich station, so it was easy to get trains and trams around. Also walkable to Zurich HB the main station in about 40 minutes.

1) WiFi didn’t work in any room apart from the living room and even there, it was weak. 2) Beds were very hard, which affected the sleep for our whole company. 3) We went in July and it was around 23-26 degrees C and the apartment (top floor) became very warm, particularly on the second floor. Not the companies fault of course, but good to keep in mind. 4) The check-in machine was dead, we called two times with no answer. Then a nice woman from the company came and helped us but had to go get the keys so we lost some time, not much but still annoying that it didn’t work as instructed.

The location was great. Balconies/terrace were also nice to have.

The moment I stepped into the apartment, I was greeted by the fresh scent of cleanliness. Exceptional attention had been given to hygiene, especially in the bathroom and kitchen. The towels and bed linens were spotless, as if freshly washed. The beds were spacious and incredibly comfortable. I had a perfect night’s sleep after a long day. Waking up refreshed in the morning is one of my top priorities, and I experienced just that here.

I was quite disappointed with this stay. The apartment was missing basic amenities like shampoo and shower gel, I had to call multiple times just to get these provided, which reflects poorly on the level of customer service. The space itself is very minimal and lacks comfort, definitely not what I would consider “luxury.” Most of the furnishings and items in the home felt cheap, and there was a serious issue with water leaking from the bathroom into the bedroom. On top of that, the smell of fresh paint was overwhelming throughout our stay. If you’re traveling with young children, I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere.
