There is a lot of natural light which for the most part is good but can be difficult to remain asleep in the morning once the sun rises. The toilet being on the top floor and shower on the bottom is unique

Just need some additional lighting in the kitchen and dining area. A toilet downstairs would be a bonus.

It was -2C outside, yet the apartment was hot. The heaters didn't appear to be on as they were not hot, but the apartment was hot. We opened the back door and left it open all night while it snowed and it cooled off the apartment. Problem solved!

Loved the location and space. The apartment was very clean and mostly comfortable.

The only drawback was having just one toilet for four adults, and the toilet was upstairs

The apartment was super clean and had a great loft vibe! Loved the location, wished I stayed longer. Abundant supply of towels and tea/coffee, enjoyed the high quality of both. James was extremely responsive, instructions were clear during check in and out.

The only down side of this place was the fact that there was only one toilet which made things a bit tricky for a family of 5 people. Other than that it was perfect! We would definitely stay here again.

The apartment was super clean and cute. The location was amazing! Right in the center of Lucerne and close to everything. We walked from the train station to the apartment with our luggage and it was very easy.

The dishwasher could be improved as the top drawer falls out. It would be useful to have a basket or other container on the shower rail or wall to put bottles of products down - there is nowhere obvious for these items other than on the floor which isn’t great

This place is fantastic. It is a large apartment that is well suited to couples or a family. Well located but quiet inside. Check in experience was very easy. Would definitely stay here again.

Apartment is spacious, walking distance to most attractions & train station. Kitchen fully equipped. Even power adaptor was provided. James, the "butler" 's service was exceptional, all queries emailed are answered within a few minutes

Checkin process including id upload and face scan must be highlighted in policies and be easily visible before booking. Everything is managed well but people need to know this process upfront.

Central location within easy walk to most attractions, cafes. restaurants. Clean. Lift access. Very roomy, can accomodate 6. Very responsive host. Air condition available (2), would definitely need in warm weather as room is on top floor.

Apartment was spacious and kitchen facilities were great for cooking. TV to connect prime YouTube and Netflix was definitely the factor for this stay, kept us entertained for the night

Although it was a bit pricier than other apartments we've stayed at in other countries, compared to the price of everything else in Switzerland it was actually good value.

Great location and really well equipped. Nice view of an Alp from the window. It was great that I saved myself a few Francs by buying cans of beer from the supermarket and watching the rugby on IPTV (they also have BBC and other British channels.

It’s spacious, clean and well equipped. Host is very friendly and responsive ; self check in makes it convenient. Property is located right beside the bus stop to Lucerne train station. Property is a 10-15min walk to chapel bridge / train station. Supermarket (migros) around 5-10 min walk away.

Amazing apartment. So much room. Pls Ry if extra towels, pillows, blankets and toiletries. Great location, 10-15 mins walk to the station. James was always available for any questions you may have.
