If guests inform us in advance of their floor preferences (low or high), we always do our best to accommodate their requests We are bit surprised to hear your feedback about the missing elevator - our hotel offers a guest elevator (from ground floor to the 6th floor) and also a lift from the underground parking (-2) to the lobby. Saludos Guarrneros, Thank you for taking the time to write such a lovely review. Zurich's Enge district has a lot to offer and our property is right at the heart of it. We are also happy to hear that enjoyed the service from our staff - from Swiss German to Portuguese to Serbian to Spanish, our polyglot receptionists can do it all. ;-) We are truly sorry that the bathroom in your room was not up to our cleanliness standards. This is definitively not okay. We will share this information directly with the housekeeping maanger and make sure that such incidents do not happen again in the future.
