The room was quite cluttered with not a lot of room for your luggage.

The location was excellent, nice and quiet and safe, with a very pleasant walk to the city, and a lovely café nearby.

I stayed in the room, which is showed on the picture, but there were much more furniture and things in the room, then the picture shows. I mean private things of the owners. It didn`t feel like a room for rent, rather like staying in someone`s bedroom. The room is medium clean (dust on the furniture and things that are laying around). I had to ask specifically for the key to lock the room - I got it at the end, which is nice. But still I don`t like the explanation that the apartment has cameras installed. It doesn`t feel safe for me (especially as a women travelling alone) to "just close the door, nobody will enter". Again - I got the key at the end.

The location is good, close to the tram station, in the calm area. The host is nice. The bed and pillows are ok. It`s ok if you need to sleep somewhere for one night.

I have had a 2 days trip in Zurig. Bruce was kind and has always tried to help me if I had questions about the city, transports and other informations. Even if I booked only for one bedroom, he allowed me to use the kitchen, sitting outside in the garden and have my meal there. The apartment was in a nice neighborhood, very well connected to the main railway station, city centre and every kind of shops. In a city like Zurig, it is a cheap solution with some benefits.

Large TV for show off- no control to switch on. No mirror or cupboard. Bruce was trying to be crafty. Additional fee for card payment. cash payment could have a discount. No utensils at all- not even a glass to drink water. You have to ask for that. You have to ask for towel or linen. Booking.com says check in after 1 PM. I was told he cancelled my early booking charge for when I checked in at 4PM

Host behaviour is so bad he just met when we arrived and later no response he charged excess amount than what booking web site shown he generated a bill before we arrived us instead of 137 CHF he charged 316 CHF

I would have welcomed a towel for use of the shower. I think that’s should at least be included in the price.

Check-in required a walkthrough tour w host. Our flight in was quite late so it was a bit awkward. Could hve been a bit cleaner, but it was a “luxury” hostel.

Easy to get to and a great spot for exploring. Was nice to have a hostel with our own space. Decent value for Zurich.

The room is located in a quiet neighborhood that is very close to a tram station for easy access to locations around Zurich. There are also great local cafes for quick snacks or dining in.

It is not a hotel, lodge or arbnb.so all facilities are not available. This property is not a hotel or airbnb. This is a illegal business. The manager proposed cancel the booking. Because the fair of room will be low. Towels are not available. Payment want to by cash. The manager like suspicious. I suggest this property no book. Their ar two rooms only. The manager tell us get 10 ratting after check out through the invoice.

Nothing I like about this property at all, it’s filthy dirty, dirts on floor, dog hairs on bed sheets and pillows, they’re old and unmatched colors. The 5’ by 11’ room filled with personal stuffs, shares bathroom with 3 other apartments, no toilet paper, no shampoo…. Nothing is provided and I’m really mean it. Don’t bring your love one here…please booking.com do your investigation and take it off your platform. My biggest regret was staying in this jail cell.

Parking situation was bad but this is not the property's or the host's problem. It is a problem through out Zurich.

Good place for solo travelers. Parking is a hassle so do not recommend renting a car. The area is very walkable. Bruce was an amazing host. Very accomodating to my late check in and was even able to print me my parking cards and my train tickets. Would definitely stay here again if Im traveling solo.
