the accommodation is in the quite area, not really in center of the town but walkable, can easily the place , clean and really met my expectations, everything you need is there

Absolutely nothing!!

This truly is an exceptional apartment. I cannot recommend this highly enough. My brother and I were in the Bernese Oberland region for 5 days of exploring and hiking. We decided on an apartment for comfort and space after a long day in the mountains. Interlaken is a great town and this apartment was literally perfect. High quality throughout and very spacious. It is also 10 mins stroll to Interlaken Ost Station and 15 mins to the downtown shops and bars. The apartment team give you free bus passes too. We used these occasionally and saved the walking for the mountains. Speaking of 'the Team'. Communications with the apartment management team were also exceptional. Very polite and always responded to any questions extremely quickly. Special mention to Milena, who we spoke to the most. Just so lovely and nice. Thanks for everything A perfect apartment. Book this without any hesitation

Wonderful apartment! The view from the balcony is amazing. The apartment has absolutely everything you need for living, we had a great time. The apartment is very clean and cozy.Close to the train station. Very helpful host, promptly answered our questions. Linde is on second floor, so maybe this can be a challenge for some.

The only thing to fault is that it could be a little more "homey" feeling with a bit more decorations. But overall there is nothing really negative to say!

The apartment is freshly renovated with a large kitchen. It was very easy to check in, and our host was very accommodating. We were missing an appliance and the hosts went so far as to replace it the next morning, and give us a little chocolate gift for the inconvenience, which was so nice of them! It's in a good location in town, and there's free parking which is a plus. They also provide free netflix for guests which was a nice touch!

Dealing so much at arms length with corporate owner not on site. Hard to find building entrance since address does not match the direction the door faces. This difficulty was worse for 2 ladies that spent 30 minutes looking for the door when arriving for the main floor unit. Too much noise transmission. For days we heard constant footfalls, then guests in apartment above rose just after 4 AM thumping around the morning that we needed sound sleep to hike all day ( we are retirees). We prefer a bed and breakfast etc with host on site to monitor things. Cooking odor from other guests unbearable as filled the entire stairwell. The morning these guests left we noticed the cleaning lady had every door and window wide open to air it out, then that night when 2 senior ladies arrived, many windows opened again and it was not warm, only plus 10 and wet!

We really enjoyed our stay and thought the hosts were generous in supplying everything you need for a comfortable stay. We found the team very prompt with their communication and friendly too. The apartment was clean and very quiet. We used the shared washing machine which was great. Just wished some other guests didn't choose to do 3 hr cycles in peak times. We would definitely recommend this apartment to others wishing to visit Interlaken for a few days.

The walls are thin, and on the first night of my stay someone was playing music which reverberated in the apartment. Other than that, the other sounds aren’t imposing. I think I saw a bluetooth speaker provided in the apartment, but this first hand experience made me aware that perhaps I should give it a pass.

The apartment was spacious, true to pictures and had everything I needed in a stay. The self check in/ check out process was also simple and straightforward.
