At like ours it was a bit difficult and google maps sent us a “wrong way” one time and we almost didn’t fit. Would be good to inform everyone that aren’t used to driving on mountains and small roads
It’s a beautiful view, well kept and clean. Great space for a family and lots of space for people who want to do a long time stay. There is 3 toilets and lots of storage. We couldn’t have been more comfortable. Only 1 set of stairs to climb with luggage Linnens and towels were clean and fresh

clean, spacious, comfortable beds (in the bedroom where we slept the mattress was a bit harder - exactly how we like it) , kitchen well equipped, beautiful view towards lago maggiore, not so far from a big shopping center (by car). the apartment was renovated quite recently, but still has some older charm with some new elements/furniture.

Estados Unidos da América1 comentário"Nice view, Property and Management need improvement"-Only the master bedroom and living room have air conditioning. The other two bedrooms have no air conditioning or fan. This should be specified in the listing which says that the apartment offers air conditioning. The rooms got very stuffy/hot at night. You cannot open the windows because there are no bug screens and the apartment is surrounded by swarms of mosquitoes and stink bugs. We tried opening the windows to get air flow but the bugs were too bad. -Narrow, windy roads to reach apartment. Not ideal with a larger car. Do not follow Google Maps to the location. It will take you up Vicolo Scalate which is a much worse, narrower road. Take Via S. Gottardo to Via Valle Verzasca, and turn left onto Via Privata Vignascia. This is the road you will see at the beginning of the check in instructions video. We found entering/leaving this way much easier than going up Vicolo Scalate but no directions were provided. -Owner wants you to park in a very small garage even though there is space to park in front of the garage without blocking the neighbors garage. We left the garage door open once as the garage is empty and the garage door remote was not working well, and were notified by the property management company to keep the garage closed. It seems like the owner lives nearby, this made us uncomfortable the rest of the stay that we were being watched. -A House Manual was referenced in the check in documentation but was not provided or at least was not placed in any obvious location for us to find. -Water boiler/heater maximum temperature needs to be turned down. The water reaches an unsafe, extremely hot temperature straight from the tap. -Property manager is weirdly cheap about providing dishwasher soap and trash bags. We were provided exactly two dishwasher pods and one trash bag for a three night stay and then were "invited" by the instructions to buy more at the local grocery store.
-Apartment has a beautiful view. -Good location to explore Valle Verzasca -Good kitchen and ample space
