The lake was so beautiful from our balcony! Definitely worth getting a lake view. We did not mind the short walk into town at all.

I was irritated by the fact that - having paid for breakfast - the hotel wanted an additional 17 swiss francs to have an omelette or to have my eggs fried. That is scandalous and totally unnecessary.

The location is stunning - the best in all Lugano! Also I seem to have had the best room - 410 - the top and middle of the hotel.

Would’ve liked maybe a more spacious room and wish there was a steamer or iron in it but otherwise great .

The pool along the lake was spectacular as was the beautiful breakfast area seating on the patio and lovely baked goods .

The very aggresive birds in the utdoor breakfast place, I would recommend to find solution in order to avoid the risk of customers sharing their food with the birds. Parking was not available as expected - however the hotel was helpful finding some kind of a "solution"

Very nice room, with exceptional wiev on the lake and mountains. If you like swimming this hotel is ideal: Just at the lakefront, has own some kind of a pontoon in short swimming distance from the hotel. Additionally even a nice swimming pool. Overall the ambiente of the hotel was super meeting a four star Swiss hotel. The breakfast was amazing wide variety and good quality.

Perfect location on the lakefront, with a pontoon to swim to, and a great pool (must be 25m) Excellent, clean room with a nice balcony. Bus stop just over road to go into Lugano Centro, Free bus travel provided by the hotel Very nice meals and great service from the hotel team.

Food situation is strange for a hotel this size. You cannot get any food at all between 2:30PM and 7:00PM. The website says that they have food in the bar, but they do not have any food in the bar after 2:30PM for the rest of the night. You have to go down the street to one of the cafes to get anything to eat. And room service is only available when the restaurant is open after 7PM or at lunch. Naturally we arrived at 2:30 and were out of luck! We knew that the parking was far, but at least they have parking now.

Excellent staff in the restaurants and in the bar. Nice breakfast. Beautiful view of the lake from the restaurants, the pool and the bar. The view from our room was also excellent. Organized front desk staff.

Duvets a bit heavy for summer!

Location, beautiful pool and direct access to swim in the lake, terrace on the lake, breakfast, dinner and wonderful attentive and friendly staff. Also love to sit on the balcony of the room and watch the activity on beautiful lake Lugano. Quiet and peaceful but an easy walk or bus ride into the centre of Lugano.

We couldn't fault anything at all. Our room was clean, comfortable and roomy. Nice to have the double-aspect windows too. Breakfast was delicious - catering to all pallettes. The staff were friendly, helpful and informative. The pool and lake views were absolutely stunning!

Decoration of the room is a bit old. We had a family room with additional beds that were useless for us yet taking a lot of space. Depending on who is at the reception when you check in, you might not receive the indication that the parking is not included and that the canoe and standing paddle are not free. It is not a question of cost, it is a matter of clearly saying things at the time of check in.

Very comfortable bed and pillows. Fine cuisine, great cook, excellent breakfast with fresh orange juice. Canoe and standing paddle available (5 CHF) and of good quality.
