Washing basin in bathroom did not have a plug, obviously broken at sometime and not replaced. Luckily we always take a travel plug with us, otherwise basin does not hold water which makes having a shave, or a wash a problem. Needs repairing!

Great location in middle of Chur old town, 5 minute walk to the rail station. Property was very clean and tidy and well equipped. Beds very comfortable. Washing machine very useful and an added bonus. Shower and bathroom were great.

Would be amazing to have an adaptor or usbc charger - we didn’t realise Swiss plugs are different to EU! Would be a very useful improvement to make it even better :)

Nothing negative, as we would stay again! But as info for other travelers: We are family of many charging needs and found outlets a bit sparse but we managed. Some daytime construction in the square (July 2025) might bother some but it didn’t affect us. Pillows a bit thin for our taste. Would still absolutely stay there again!

We were only there for one night and it was perfect for us. Great location in old town, very clean, larger than expected, nothing missing. Very well organized and perfect for a family of four. Self check in time at 13 or even earlier is generous and was useful for us. Walk from main station is longer than indicated but unproblematic.

Note that this unit is on the first floor, with no elevator...so you climb 2 flights of stairs, as the first floor is ground zero in Europe. Each flight was short and broken up, so it was not too bad, but good to know. Towels were super scratchy as they were obviously dried on a line.

A queen size bed would be better than 2 singles and the bathroom was down a few stairs.

It was lovely and comfortable and not too far from the train station for the Bernina Express. It was handy to have a kitchen.

Don't use Google maps to find! Our mobile wouldn't load maps or get a strong signal. We got there using the local tourist map from the train station. No toaster or clothes wash powder. Note: There are stairs down to the bathroom also stairs up to apartment as alerted by owner on booking but it was not a problem for us.

This beautiful, contemporary and exceptionally well equipped apartment was located in the equally beautiful Arcas square in the old town of Chur. Would highly recommend the property to those looking for self catering break as lots of places to eat and drink nearby and only a short walk from the train station.
