Lucy is a very kind and friendly host. Easy in communication. Well located. Near the train station in a nice neighbourhood.

Initial access to the building was slightly confusing.

Generally nice property to stay in throughout the night.

I didn't know it was a room in a private apartment. Stupid neighbour tried to scare us while entering the building.

Quiet place. Nice host. Good beds. Short walk to the train station. We felt safe during our stay.

If you expect a regular hotel booking this is not for you, if you are interested to experience a homely environment and stay with the most lovely host (Lucy) this should be right up there with the best. Yes if you are looking for superb amenities you can find something at a much higher price point, if you are looking to be hosted as if you are family, this place cannot be beaten.

Couldn’t stay there. Lift was broken and my husband could not climb 5 flights of stairs. Went to a hotel instead!

The room is small, we only have a bed and put our things on her dressing table. The closet and the corners are full of stuffs. That is a very old building, I could hear the lift loud sound all the time, and maybe her roommate (I am not sure) spoke loudly. I could not sleep the whole night. When 6:30 am I cleaned up and went to another hotel to get some sleep. There is hair and blood spots on the sheet and duvet, I have to wear my clothes instead of my pajamas to sleep! The bathroom is nightmare as well. Before I book anywhere, I read the review first. When I read Lucy is great, I just booked it. But the fact is I had the worst experience ever! I could use this price to book a better place, where I could sleep.

Lucy is super nice! I did book this place, as I read review first and found out she is friendly; therefore, I booked this place. She got up very early to would like to provide us breakfast. However, I need to go to another hotel to get some sleep, as I could not sleep whole night.

The owner is very friendly. I was arrived late at night with my baby and she even offered me to pick us up when I couldn't find the location. She made us tea because she saw that we we're very tired. She was our saviour.

AVOID AT ALL COST I paid for 3 nights, I arrived and wanted to check in, Lutyma said they did not receive money and they are full and I should go away. Robbery and thieves.
