Bathroom faucet was hard to use couldn’t control water temp needed to be updated Building has too much of odor of some one smoking. Not enough towel provided for almost week stay, had one towel per person was not very nice. Having no microwave was very inconvenient also. These are minor issues but overall stay was ok.

If you have big suitcases, the lift is definitely too small for you and your suitcases. It is next to the street, there was noise at night time when a group of people passed by.

The location is perfect, located few minutes walk away from the station, the city centre itself and cable car. The kitchen is well equipped with everything we needed. There is a balcony for fresh air or simply for relaxing.

The check in time is late and because it is a small town it would be great to have an early checkin time or at least a safe place to store the baggages.

One of the rooms had only a small wardrobe (for three people), the other one was locked.

Good location, not exactly in the centre but Zermatt is a small town anyway. Kitchen with all the facilities we needed, since we cooked dinner almost every day. Plenty of space in the living and dining room. One toilet per bedroom is convenient when you travel with many people.

We had thought that this was a true three-bed room apartment, but it is actually only a two-bed room with sleeping sofas in the living room. Even though we still enjoyed our stay, but it would be much better if we had thought the actual room set up before we booked it:

The best thing about this property is its location. It is so easy to walk into Main Street and shops, and also very easy to go to the chairlift

one of the bedroom doors could not be closed. need some work on that and another bathroom door didn’t have a key to lock. minor things.

Nothing really. Slightly dodgy toilet in the ensuite.

Good sized apartment for our group of 7. Comfortable bed and pillows. Nice kitchen. Lift up to the apartment and a place to store luggage before check in and after check out. Nice balcony to sit out on. Big dining table and lounge. Ensuite to one of the bedrooms.

Pillows were flat and uncomfortable but other than that, no complaints.

Picture instruction for locating and entering the property. This makes a huge difference and less stress for getting into a lodging location and get to enjoying the purpose of the visit. Thanks for this. Great location on the south side of town and a 5 minute walk from the main gondolas toward the Matterhorn.

There is no emergency contact provided, and if something goes wrong the help is abysmal. We had an issue with the doors of one of the bathrooms that got jammed. They just wouldn’t open after one day of stay. We called both the property and booking.com but there was no response from the managing company/owner for a while. Even after they got back, they said that they cannot help. We spent the entire night and next morning without access to the bathroom. This went to the extent that we had to check out of the place without even being able to collect our belongings that were left within the bathroom. The service was so horrendous that instead of trying to help the person kept saying that this was “strange” that doors got jammed. We had two senior citizens in our group and the experience for them was worse. When I requested a refund for that one night, the property denied saying its “strange” that the doors got jammed. While of course it is strange, the least they could’ve done is to check it out and open the damn doors. Avoid this property at all costs!!
