We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

SwitzerlandIt can be a bit nosy as the main street from the parking lot is just next to the building. Moreover, eventhough the description of the apartment says there is a mountain view I would not considered it as such. We had partial view on the mointains but in fact we faced other house rather than the nature and a beautiful view on the surrounding picks.
The apartment was super clean and had all that we needed for our 4 days stay. The lady who manages the property was super nice with us and also oir dog. We loved it alot and we moght come back to the same apartment next time we travel to Saas-fee.

SwitzerlandThe bed was very soft and the mattress is built into the floor, so that it was hard to get up. We ended up sleeping on the couch and our son in the bed. There was no proper hanger to hang our jackets and ski clothes to dry inside the apartment (only 3 small hooks on the wall). You have to buy specific capsules for the coffee machine. Unfortunately the coffee machine did not work properly during our stay, although the personnel tried to fix it. We ended up finding another solution, but unfortunately we ended up with a lot of left-over capsules that we will not be able to use elsewhere.
The area was very quiet and close to the parking lot. The place was a bit far from the ski lifts but very well connected with public transport, so distance was not an issue. The kitchen was very well equipped, despite it being a small studio. The wellness area was functional and fulfilled its purpose, but don't expect anything big. There were no views (it's in a closed room on the ground floor) or a relaxing area. Not a negative from our perspective, but good to be aware. Overall it was good value for money.

United KingdomIt said there would be a bbq but there was nothing there. When we arrived the jacuzzi wasn't working either but luckily this was fixed halfway through the week. The main issue was the bed which was just mattrasses on the floor and not a proper bed. Some people might struggle to get up. Windows couldn't open in the bedroom so it was pretty hot. Think it's a bit expensive for the size of the flat which was a bit tiny.

United KingdomWe had what seemed like a pleasant stay in this cosy apartment—at first. But BE WARNED: once you leave, they will come after you for money! The sauna was cold, and they refused to allow us to adjust the temperature. 👎 What kind of “wellness” is that? To make matters worse, they try to pass off ordinary wear and tear as damage, exaggerating everything just to squeeze more cash from you. This is not just disappointing—it feels like a trap. I strongly advise against booking here.

United States⚠️ Be careful! After my stay, the host contacted me claiming I had “damaged” the apartment, even though nothing was broken and the photos only showed normal wear. They immediately asked for my insurance details. I later found out that other guests received the same message. This looks like a systematic way to make false insurance claims. The apartment itself was fine, but the way the host acts after check-out is very suspicious. I do not recommend booking here.

AustraliaNo staff to talk to, room was too warm, couldn’t turn off heater, and made it hard to sleep at night. Bed was too small for two people, my partner ended up sleeping on the couch. Spa and sauna facilities are turned off everyday, so when we went to use it the spa was too cold, and had to wait for sauna to heat up (we were too cold in the spa waiting so were too impatient to wait for the sauna to be ready). Had to clean up after ourselves (clean floors, take out bins), no toiletries provided. Accommodation was a 20 minute walk to the ski lifts
Lovely modern accommodation, very cute and stylish, gorgeous view of mountains. Handy kitchen and fridge, but no microwave or toaster.
