We were there one week long, so the breakfast was a little bit borring for us. The dinner is overpriced, however we were well informed about prices of Switzerland. One or two times the cleaning ladies didn't care our rooms, and the vacum cleaner and the cleanbox was always on the corridor.

Generally this hotel is a really good one. We loved our holiday there. The view from the hotel is amazing, unforgettable. The spa and the pools were perfect. The staff at the reception and at the pool was always extremely kind. There are a lot of possibilities to spend your time - in the hotel and nearby too.

The breakfast buffet area is small in comparison to the amount of people/tables. The tube of the milk of the coffee machine was very dirty (bacteria dirty (dark brown).We informed the staff and showed a picture on the first day. It still wasn’t cleaned on the second day…

The view on the lake from the hotel is amazing. The hotel is extremely dog friendly our furry family member felt very comfortable. The restaurant staff is very nice and helpful. We enjoyed a romantic dinner with our dog on the lake view terrace. Hiking around in the area was beautiful.

Most dog friendly hotel I’ve ever been to! They take care of everything to make sure you and your furry friend have a comfortable stay. It was great to be able to take the dog with us by the external pool! Also the SPA and the views are amazing!

The carpets in corridors where you enter your room were a bit dirty

The location is absolutely stunning and the hotel itself is not too big , which makes it very very special and ideal for a weekend getaway in peace.

Food was ok, a bit expensive as were the wines.

The spa pools indoor/outdoor are great, the outdoor pool with poolside bar is also v nice although the pool is a bit cooler. The room was quiet and the aircon very quiet. We had a balcony room which gave a magnificent view across the valley / lake.

Some areas of the wellness area need refurbishing (missing tiles). And we were disappointed that, especially after the long wait during construction, the additional water features of the recently opened new additional wellness area seemed not to be operational

When booking on booking.com, it said breakfast was included. Apparently, dinner would‘ve been included too but that was nowhere stated and the staff of the hotel failed to inform us so. For a Kurhaus we expected the food to be a bit healthier and vegan friendly. There wasn‘t even plant based milk for your coffee at the breakfast buffet, also no plant based yogurt and no declarations on the bread/pastries on what‘s vegan or not. The AC in our room was very loud. Someone came and put a towel in there, which made the AC stop working. Luckily it was on our last night, so we just slept with the window open.

Both Pools are great. View from the terrace fantastic. Public transport right at its doorstep. No screaming kids so you can actually relax by the pool!!

The food was very expensive and no restaurant in the neighborhood.

It was clean, nice staff, beautiful view and spacious. The indoor swimming pool was very nice. It was my husband birthday and the staff left a nice card and cookies for him in the room, so thoughtful. Very much appreciated.

Great food from the restaurants, but it would have been nice to have a different lunch menu (lunch and dinner menu are the same) -> the menu from the Bar for example would be amazing for lunch.

Wonderful Hotel with an amazing view. Beautiful spacious Spa with Pools and Sauna. Great rooms, clean and spacious. Great food from Restaurant and Bar. Friendly and helpful stuff. Electric charging available. Nice Breakfast. I will definitely visit this place again
