The windows didn't have curtains. It was so wired. Also the facility didn't have iron, we couldn't iron our clothes. The host was slow in responding to our questions. I had to ask multiple of times a question then he responds. The parking lot instructions were not clear. I wasn't sure that I can park my car Infront of the main door. The towels we're not clean. The apartment didn't have an electric boiling water catyl.

The ceiling height is quite low at approximately 2m, so it may be uncomfortable for anyone tall. Being so new, it lacks a few simple features. - There is no storage of any kind to put your clothes or bag. At the very least, they should put 3-4 coat hooks on the wall behind the door. Could do the same in the bathroom. Could also do with a luggage rack in the far corner and some coat hangers to go with the hooks. - A hairdryer would be also be a bonus. As there is no reception, and no facilities at all apart from the room and en-suite bathroom, it’s a bit of a stretch to call this a Hotel. But I would still stay here again if passing through

Spotlessly clean and modern room with good shower. The mini kitchenette is a great feature. With the small supermarket 50m up the road, we could have breakfast in the room. Our room was small but perfectly adequate for an overnight stay.

Communication is really low, we received our unlock code just few hours before steering our journey. We contacted the host days before with no response, furthermore not everyone has an internet connection in Switzerland. There are only 4 parking places and not always they are available, and so there are no instructions on how to park nearby (all areas are private). We could not find the password for the wifi. A little bit pricey, since price don't really match the place itself but rather the position (still it remains one of the cheapest options). On a famous map navigator it is marked as permanently closed, but it's not true. There are no curtains (not a problem for me, I like to be awakened by sunlight).

Underrated place because it's immediately after (or just before) the Saint Gottard tunnel. Very near to the high-speed way and very good position for a quick one night rest before going to Germany or Italy. Check-in was as simple as opening a lock box and the room has all the necessary to stay there. Room is good enough for a short stay, in modern style. It's small (also in height) but perfectly normal for average people. Generally, a nice place to stay.

don't be fooled this is not a hotel,,,its an apartment block with a few apartments for let,,, when we got in the room it was 2 separate single beds on split level not even next to each other,, wife wasn't happy,,,

No clear instructions on where to park. We parked by Mattli (after gas station) because there wasn't any other space when we got there (1am) and rightfully the owner complained to us in the morning. No garbage bags available, upstairs the window had no curtain...a bit annoying.

Location very convenient, key retrieval smooth, cute little apartment. Price was ok for what we got.

We expecting a hotel with lobby and staff, amenities, which is why we booked. We had no idea it was an apartment complex with lock box. We got an email from them about it but only after we lost cell reception in switzerland (its not EU, so our phones did not work), so we were lost wandering around a random apartment complex when we arrived. We tried calling them multiple times but no answer. Finally we got wifi and could see they sent us a code and got in, but we would have appreciated knowing what to expect in advance. The street was pretty loud when cars went by, one shudder didnt work so bright from streetlights, and the bed very uncomfortable with a small blanket that wasnt really big enough for two adults.

The location was great and the apartment was clean.

There is no closet, you have nowhere to put things. There is only a dining table and a bed on the second level of the apartment. Too expensive for what you get.

Good things to have: electric kettle, detergent, sponge, dish towel, hair dryer. Cons: The electric stove is old and one of the two is broken and doesn't work. No need for heating. There was no sign of recent use, so the dishes, glasses, pots, etc. didn't seem to have been washed recently.

The room is new and clean. Hot water comes out quickly.

We had to call 3 times on arrival to get into the place. There are no staff there. There are no instructions on what to do on arrival. When we entered our room it stank of sewage. We opened all windows wide and it helped a little but soon found out the bathroom has no window and no ventilation and was the source of the problem. But the smell radiated through the place. Disgusting. There were cobwebs in the bathroom too. All for CH160. We will never go again.

It is not possible to contact host, per the other reviews. Pin to collect keys was sent so late I had organised alternative accommodation. Room has a foul smell and many places were not clean. Stove in pictures did not have an adaptor so we had to buy one to plug it into the power. Still waiting for the place to call me back, a week later. If you have a real issue you are better off going elsewhere.

No smoking room, stinks of cigarettes. Owner obviously knows as the windows were open to try and get rid of the smell. No curtains and external shutters jammed open!
