Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

A bit noisy because the room was located above a running river. OK with the window closed, otherwise very noisy. Probably not an issue in winter as the river must be frozen. Breakfast starts at 8 am, which is a bit late if you are planning an early morning start in the mountains!
A good hotel, very central. Very clean room.

Entrance hallway a lobby could do with an air freshener and a clean but room was great
Very basic but had everything we needed. Beds comfortable. Lobby not to clean but room was fine. Lovely village and a great breakfast in the morning with a lovely member of staff sorting our guest cards for us

The room lacked an easily accessible power point - I had to crawl under the table and unplug the television in order to charge my phone.
Central, but quiet (at least with the windows closed. I didn't try leaving one open at night.) Very comfortable bed. Good selection at breakfast. Excellent value for the price.

In the summer is there a free parking not far walking from the hotel, in the winter it’s paid park
Good breakfast, the room is good for the price, they good give some more love to some details.. (like the room numbers, a door stop).. the pool is nice and the sauna nice and warm.. (the door from the sauna doesn’t close completely)..

Underground reserved parking spots which was no go for cars with rooftop case (above 2 meters) + parking ban between 02.00 - 07.00 AM in the whole city made it quite a challenge to find a proper parking spot!

Shortly after my arrival in the room I noticed that there was a hair at the edge of the lavabo. I wasn't from me as it was longer than my hair. In the restroom I detected a spiders thread close to the floor between the door frame and the wall. There was a spider's web at the ceiling above the bed where the structure at the ceiling ended. I was one of the first ones with breakfast. One day there were only four warmed bread rolls available. I took two. Thus there were only two left for other guests coming.
I received the Simmental Card already four days before my stay at Krone Budget, Lenk. The breakfast was excellent. In the room there were two little bottles of mineral water, one with carbonic acid, one without. On the second day I asked room service for an additional shower gel portion and got two more provided.

Never saw any staff during my stay. Couldn’t find my room as was in another building and had no indications. Bed mattress far too soft and the pillow was like an old tea bag.
Clean, tidy, functional. Well located.

Upon arrival the guest card was not sent to me via E-Mail. I went to the main building of the Hotel "Krone". There were two gentlemen in process of moving furniture out of the hotel. One took care of the guest card. I was asked for my personalities. Then a short while later I did receive the guest card via E-Mail. The last day of my holiday in Hotel "Krone Budget", at the Restaurant "zum Gade" nobody showed up in the morning at 06:30. In the guest information upon arrival it was stated that it will be possible to have breakfast at this restaurant after 06:30. I explicitly had announced on my arrival day that I shall come by this time for breakfast. I then went to the main building of the Hotel "Krone". I asked there when I could get breakfast. At first I was told by 07:30. Then as more employees arrived I was told it will be possible to have breakfast immediately i.e. at 07:00 as certain things still were in process of being prepared. By that occasion I told to one employee who bothered about electricity the evening before that the heating in the toilet of my room did not work. Most likely the air had to be let out. He wanted to fix this immediately. I told him he can fix this when I am gone. This overall was a very great service. They very much did take care!

Room very basic. Entrance to building, hall way and stairs not very inviting. No lift. I was on 2nd floor. Disappointing for the price.
