We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

SwitzerlandOnly one WC and shower on a floor with multiple rooms; however extra facilities one floor down. Beds comfortable but rather small - fulls not queens. But since there were two, we each took one. Don't like having to pay in restaurant for tap water; I understand paying for bottled water but not for tap water.
Good dinner and excellent breakfast in the restaurant. Comfortable room. Excellent bathroom with shower. Loved that they provided aluminum foil so that one can take the extra breakfast food along for the day.

SwitzerlandThe breakfast is outstanding and generous. You are allowed to pack what ever is left over inn foil they provide, which is great if you are with children. The restaurant is peaceful once everyone leaves the slopes. It’s just you and the occupancies of the hotel. I have been here before and will come back again.

SwitzerlandThe location is amazing and the staff and service was impeccable. Ski on and Ski off was so easy. For a small fee the hotel can bring you and/or your luggage from the cable car to the hotel by snow mobile which the kids really loved. Breakfast in the morning and dinner in the evening at the hotel was just perfect. We can't wait to go back again. My little son said it was the best weekend package and skiing he has had.

GermanyLike many places in the mountains we didn’t have our own bathroom but we knew that when booking. The place barely got any sunshine so a drink in the sun was not possible, but it was nice and cosy inside next to the fire.
Breakfast exceeded expectations, we also had an evening meal which was really tasty. Dart board next to the cosy fire kept us busy for a few hours. The staff were really friendly and helpful. Would stay again!
