No lift available, so you’ll need to carry your suitcases up the stairs. My room was on the 3rd floor, and it was exhausting climbing up with luggage. Don’t expect any help from the staff either. I was traveling with my little boy, and whenever we needed hot water, we had to climb down to the ground floor each time — really inconvenient and annoying.

The view is beautiful, and the room itself is lovely.

Breakfast lacks many food. Only hard boiled eggs offered. You have to pay for an omete or sunny. No sausages, only the types of salami. Any many more missing food...

Breakfast amazing with very nice view to the mountains, room with a view that was breathtaking and super cute small balcony and super close to the center, i would recommend it and hopefully go back again soon

No elevator, if you are traveling with luggage you are on your own to haul the bags. The room we had was sharing balcony with 2 other rooms, restricted privacy to keep doors and windows open. It gets warm without a/c or fans.

Opening windows to cool down room allowed a nice cool breeze, but also flies and mosquito's. Fly screens on the windows would be helpful

Andrea in particular and all other staff were excellent and very helpful. Room very cosy and comfortable(a little too warm at times, from the dryer nearby I think). Breakfast was ample and coffee machine very good. View from the meals room was awe inspiring. Trust system drinks fridge was a nice and welcoming touch, even though we didn't use it!

Actually everything was good , if breakfast’time until 11 am or 11:30 am then will be Perfect !!!

Out of 4 rooms only one bathroom has been renovated. Lights in the other 3 bathrooms were insufficient.

No lift is always a shame but most people are pretty mobile if travelling to this area.

Jungfrau Lodge is a perfect place to base for visiting the Grindelwald valley area. Great breakfast to start your day. Nice and quite at night. Less than 10 min walk to train station, shops and restaurants. Views to die for of the Eiger and valley below. Staff very helpful and excellent English

Very old style and room a bit small.

Property is about 5 mins walk to the train station. Hotel is pretty old as you can tell from the style and interior. However room was kept pretty clean despite old style. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was typical continental style but good enough. View was amazing looking towards the mountain.

Room was cold at first but you can turn on the radiator. So it become warmer. Breakfast was plentiful and good selection and late machiato was excelent. You can buy ticket to Top of the Europe at reception with a discount.

1/ The room doesn’t have a microwave/water boiler/cups and dishes/coffee machine and pretty much nothing there .. only the bed When I asked for a water boiler ( I have a one year old baby who needs a warm water for her bottle ) they said it’s a fire hazard!! Really!! .. and I have to go down to the reception to get it 2/no elevator and no one to help you with the luggages to the 1st floor.. or at least in my experience.. as the receptionist said after me asking nicely and politely if there was someone can help me out with the luggages and he said this is not a five stars hotel.. help your self.. and after a couple of hours I saw the same receptionist carrying a large heavy bag up the stairs for another guest who is not old or a person with a disability.. 3/ television was like 25 inches and with only 3 channels 4/ the hotel was clean and the location was great but it’s not a good value for the money specially for what you get

The hotel is really well-equipped, with a beautiful environment and a very comfortable stay. Two of the hotel front desk staff had very nice attitudes, while the other one was a bit arrogant and had a very strange attitude when chatting. The hotel includes breakfast, and although there are not many varieties, it is really delicious.
