The room was spacious and clean with nice fresh air from the window. The breakfast was really nice and the common area and kitchen were kept very clean. The staff was so friendly and helpful, as well!

Beautiful hotel in a quiet yet central part of the city. Very comfortable room and the bonus point was a rooftop terrace with spectacular sunset views. Lovely staff.

The small fan in my bedroom made little impact on the heat. It needed to be larger. Therefore I had to open the windows to try and get some airflow...but that let in the noise - church bells, neighbourhood transactions,etc so if you are a light sleeper that was difficult. Maybe this problem only exists for several weeks of the year when the country experiences heat waves.

The excellent staff from the welcoming receptionist to the supportive breakfast lady. Clean and conveniently located. Most of all I liked the vibe of the place and breakfast on the open air terrace was wonderful.

The impersonal, online check in process. Coming from New Zealand it would have been nice to know there would be a human being on arrival!). The church bells although they seemed to go quiet after 8pm.l woul

It was really hot when I stayed so lack of air con. There were two good fans in the room but they struggled with the heat

Nothing as I didn’t stay long enough to find out any negatives, I loved my experience even though it was short :)

Spacious room, lovely facilities, I didn’t get to try the breakfast or use the fridges but I knew they were there for my convenience if I wanted :) the reception staff was so kind allowing me to leave my luggage and gave a key early so that I could come back later after checking out the Lindt museum. Super easy check out with a key drop as I had to leave at 5:30am.

Everything was as described.

Very well located hotel. The room was big with comfortable bed. There was a fan, which was at great use in the afternoon. Easy check in. The lady at the reception allowed me to store my luggage for a few hours after checking out. Overall, we had a very nice stay!

Just a minor detail but one that will catch visitors offguard - that the reception hours on booking.com are inaccurate! The guesthouse ends reception hours by 14.30 but I think I've seen it as 17.30 here. There was no issue for me because I arrived early (and had the benefit of an early check in too, woohoo!!) but others who arrive after will need to check themselves in

amenities was awesome, especially the kitchen and they also had a coin laundry service so I could do my laundry! The room was big and the location was far away enough to escape the noise of Zurich but close enough for me to still walk to the main station and to visit the shops. I love the overall atmosphere of the guesthouse and understand why people choose to stay here longterm.

The S-Bahn runs past midnight so if you have your window open it can be hard to fall asleep.

It has an S-Bahn station only a few minutes walk away and you can go anywhere you would like from there. It is also nice and centrally located so that except for a few places, everything is within a 20 minute walk.

It’s is accessible on the transportation, the room is clean and comfortable, and they provided earplugs because at night it’s kinda loud because of the sound of cars and the bell ringing

The location of the accommodation is very central and conveniently close to many cafes and shops. The room was comfortable and well maintained. The staff was very friendly, kind and helpful. They have arranged an extra bed in our room for my additional friend last minute. We loved the view from breakfast terrace!

Amazing from start to finish. Great communication with arrival instructions, fantastic and helpful staff, clean and comfy bedroom (for 2 adults and 16 year old). Felt very safe for our first visit to zurich (with 2 nervous travellers). The hot bread for breakfast hit the spot in the morning on the roof terrace! 2 fans in the room and ability to open windows allowed us to all sleep in the heat. Thank you so much.
