Dear Jose Ignacio Thank you for your visit. We regret that we could not meet your expectations. On many partner sites it is not possible to make exact descriptions of rooms and bed sizes. We always advice future guests to look up the correct descriptions on our own site where you will find all relevant information. We have not received any remarks on the cooling system (we do unfortunately not have a conventional aircon at Hotel Interlaken) in your room. We regret that your problems with the system were not reported to our technician. We are training apprentices at the Hotel Interlaken, and yes, they are obviously young and inexperienced. Of course, there is also always experienced staff on site. We thank you for your understanding. We still hope you had a good time exploring teh beautiful Jungfrau Region.
