Really close to the airport, we took the tram and it was only 2 stops (10 mins) away. Bed was comfy, perfect for one night before catching a flight. Very easy check in and check out.

United StatesJust set your expectations that the room is very small, shower room is very small. No view, window blinds was shut all the time.
Located 3 mins tram ride from airport, and only 30 mins tram ride to Zurich city and old town. It was air-conditioned. Don't expect super cool as overall Switzerland air conditioning doesn't kicks in unless the temperature reach 24c or above. But it is comfortable enough for us. It is pretty small, but feels like that what you pay for.
