Excellent location close to all main areas to visit (interlaken, lauterbrunnen, thun etc) as well as being a spacious apartment with all amenities and facilities. Straight forward self check in process and has the convenience of having free parking.

I really liked the location and the spacious layout of the place. It had many rooms, a very comfortable bed and sofa, and a fully equipped kitchen that made the stay feel just like home. And everything think close, transportation, restaurants, coffee, and supermarkets. Also only 8 min by car to city centre of Interlaken

As we reached at night, it was a bit difficult to locate it. It’s better to get a google location ( and it actually helped us ) . Also, the supermarkets are a bit away, better to use the bus as it rains a lot there. Do carry an umbrella or a raincoat.

I loved the location… so beautiful and very very close to the bus station. Just go out towards the main road and there it is. I wish we could have stayed a bit longer . Also the bus number 105 could take us to Interlaken West Station , which we realised the next day, so no need of changing at the train station to go to Interlaken West.

There is no heating system in the bathroom, neither floor or radiator heating. This might be of little interest in warmer periods of the year, but it was a bit unpleasant in mid April when the evenings are still quite cold.

Nice, quiet location conveniently placed in Wilderswil, with easy access to all the highlights the area has to offer. The apartment is clean with all the necessary appliances. Restaurants are available in the proximity and the train station allows easy access to the region.

No fan or aircond. Room tend getting hot during sleeping. The washing machine n dryer can be used up to 10pm cause of the loud noise

As a family with three kids,we love almost everything in this apartment. Very well organize and kitchen was prefect. Supermarket Migros is not far from the apartment

Coffee machine was some sort of Nespresso knock off. Cups were hard to find and a lot of times the machine failed to make coffee (especially with decaf cups). It would be better to just use Nespresso machines.

I have 2 issues to add. First of all, you could hear people walking upstairs really easily, and this could be annoying, especially in the morning. The second thing that might have just for me was that the drying machine was working weirdly. Although I put it to a low temperature because I had wool-based clothes, the temperature went up and completely ruined my clothes, and I had to throw them away.

The location was excellent. You could have access to lots of touristic places in the area. Also, a facility for warming up food, cooking, or even baking was provided. Also, communication and information were given perfectly before arrival so we had no issue.

The apartment has 4 bedroom and it’s fit for our family. It was spotless, warm, easy to reach to main destination by bus, just a minute walk to bus station. The owner gave us guest card to free access to the bus. The living room are spacious, and the kitchen had everything we need. Very recommended for group travelers. Supermarket, train station is not far.

The apartment had no views and it was very dark around when we reached. We could hear people walking in the apartment above.

the apartment was good and spacious.Nice area. It had all the necessary things, we didn't carry anything. we had a train to lucern in the evening, so they stored our luggage after our checkout. Overall nice experience.

Very nice spacious, comfortable and well equipped apartment in a very scenic village close to Grindelwald, Wengen and Interlaken. Great transport links and a good choice of restaurants and shops within walking distance. Super helpful owner and very easy communication, 5* for that.

Great place to stay. It was perfect fit for our vacation stay. Very quiet place and close to the bust stop. 2 stops from the Wilderswil HB station.

The apartment is nice and spacious….. from zurich, stop at interlaken west station, then take bus 105 about 15 minutes will reach the house which is 2 minute walk…. A lot of facilities like washing machine and cooking utensils. Home- feeling. Carpark available.

The WiFi was extremely slow and spotty. The schedule for using the washing machine (cannot be used after 10 PM). Would have been nice to have the restroom separated from the bathroom given the size of the group (but the description was accurate).

Close to Interlaken while being in the countryside. Guest cards provided for the whole group (free buses). Washer/dryer. Spacious rooms. The view. Easy check-in. Fans provided.
