Lovely studio flat at a quite location.

Nothing at all

Not recommended

The best was the location, close to supermarket, shops & station. I liked the fridge.

No toiletries, & AC, there was a bottle but the soap was very watered down. Had to use my own toiletries. Only 2 mugs no extra glasses to place my toothbrush in. Only one side table at the bedside. No stand to put our suitcases on, had to open them up on the floor. Noisy with the neighbors.

Very pretty location with nice bed

No AC (as expected), shared kitchen and bathroom layout can cause issues if other guests are strange.

Lovely stay in a very convenient location. It was the perfect base for us to explore Zurich, Rhein Falls and the Lindt museum as the train station is only a 5 minute walk from the property. Stafa itself is beautiful and felt very safe, the property is only a short walk to the lake, where we swam everyday. The room was clean and had a mini fridge which was handy to put drinks in. We found check-in and check out very easy and overall had an amazing stay.

Walls are quite thin so you can hear everything else in the property. The room also got very hot as there wasn’t air conditioning. Under the bed was quite dusty however it was otherwise perfectly clean room.

The room is very nice.

No staff present for reception, only on the phone. Windows, doors, and walls are not sound proof at all. Fortunately there is hardly any traffic. You hear everything from other guests, indoors, and the ones sitting below outside.

The bathroom was new and the best part of the studio.

The building and surrounding area were below standard - very poor. Access to the studio was difficult. I had to phone to make contact (no one in reception) and found it difficult to follow instructions. The lighting in the studio was pathetic - some didn’t work. There is no air conditioning or fan and it is quite noisy with the window open

Kitchen was very dirty dish was disrty and I didnt have any show gel...the bottle was in the bathroom but empty same in the kitchen the dish wash bottle. To late check in...after 4 pm so in few hr my day was finish

Low cleaning

We booked for a studio and they gave us a room with a shared kitchen

Nice room.

On arrival at 19.00 room not cleaned. Also, had to go to different address 300 mtrs furthrer. Better location though!

There was no staff and the front door was NOT locked at night. There was no breakfast. After our stay we received a message that we forgot something and left the carpark open...asking us to pay an extra fee!! We are certain we did not forget anything and did not even come by car. Overall a bad experience!

Friendly, good located and kept facilities.

I found the reception over phone to be stressful, it worked out just fine and the staff was very friendly, but one does not know until arrival if reception over phone does actually work.
