Walls are quite thin so you can hear everything else in the property. The room also got very hot as there wasn’t air conditioning. Under the bed was quite dusty however it was otherwise perfectly clean room.

Lovely stay in a very convenient location. It was the perfect base for us to explore Zurich, Rhein Falls and the Lindt museum as the train station is only a 5 minute walk from the property. Stafa itself is beautiful and felt very safe, the property is only a short walk to the lake, where we swam everyday. The room was clean and had a mini fridge which was handy to put drinks in. We found check-in and check out very easy and overall had an amazing stay.

No staff present for reception, only on the phone. Windows, doors, and walls are not sound proof at all. Fortunately there is hardly any traffic. You hear everything from other guests, indoors, and the ones sitting below outside.

I found the reception over phone to be stressful, it worked out just fine and the staff was very friendly, but one does not know until arrival if reception over phone does actually work.

Given Swiss prices the apartment we had is good value for money. Although it is on the main road ( with a spectacular lake view ) it is well soundproofed. Not much soul has gone into the decoration of the place though. The indirect lighting is quite poor. The bathroom lighting is particularly poor and one of the lights wasn’t working. There is a curious selection of kitchen utensils, glasses and crockery. The shower curtain was pretty flimsy and quite dirty at the bottom where it had obviously been left wet as the water drains quite slowly. ( Also in the sink ) If the bedroom window is opened in the evening the room is filled with kitchen smells from the restaurant below. Despite all this we would come back, hoping that one or two of these comments are heeded.

A lot of noise in the property from other clients especially at 1:30 am! Morning the water from the other rooms when they take shower or go to toilet - you can hear everything in room 3 at least. Lady very friendly.

The bathroom was really small specially the sink and the room has only a small mirror above the sink in the bathroom… we went to Zurich for a wedding so it was a bit hard for us to prepare In the room the ceiling is low so if you are a man which height is more than 1.90 tall you will definitely feel it The door lock inside the room was a bit loose

Main dislike was the bathroom. As it was shared with other guests, I won't comment on cleanliness and smell, but the shared bathroom is very small, with a low ceiling from which the light had partially come lose and was dangling, a cramped shower space, no ventilation, and every shelf was completely packed with other people's junk, leaving no space to put your own stuff. The door handles of all the doors (bedroom, but especially the bathroom) squeak a lot and, just like the lock, are terribly noisy. In my room the insect screen on the window was torn and damaged and barely functional. I was surprised to find out my room wasn't at the "main location" where I had already parked my car, but a short walk away, though this is a minor drawback. Overall it felt a bit like sleeping over at your friends place while in university. The place is OK for a night, but wouldn't stay here longer and it could really do with some repairs and a clean up.

Had a surprisingly good sleep, despite proximity to a large road and shared bathroom facilities. Bed was very comfortable, clean towels and bed linen, room was spacious and clean, WiFi was good, and -as my room was facing the lake and not the main road- it was quiet.

The property is located between two very busy roads, lots of traffic noise. If you need quiet nights - be prepared to sleep with closed windows

The walls are very thin and the guests in the upstairs apartment were yelling in the hallways after 10PM, so it was very annoying. There was also no soap or body wash in the shower.

The location seemed a bit deceptive on booking. Through photos it appeared to be on the water but we were a couple streets back compared to some apartments they do have on the water for a higher price.

The apartment was very clean and tidy with everything that we wanted. It was a lovely comfortable bed and walking distance to most things.

Encountered Check-in issue and they changed bigger room for us, quite comfortable . But the kitchen in the room was not fully functioned, need to repair. Actual unit condition does not match with photo.
