We love this place. Since our first visit, we've been back every summer – for the fourth time now. Spectacular views of the Matterhorn. Modern, clean, and bright interiors. Restaurant next door. Close to the gondola lift to Klein Matterhorn. Located outside the village, but within walking distance to the center. Bus stop right outside the house. Very comfortable and well equipped apartment. Good location out of the crowded centre of town but still easiy access to restaurants, station and the centre by walking or redline bus s stop at the door. Superb view and very helpful on site host. Reasonable restaurant just downstairs as well.

We were staying on the first floor, which meant that we were facing the windows of the building next door from the bedroom. Nothing terrible but we kept the curtain drawn at all times.

The apartment is very modern and comfortable, with a great view of the Matterhorn. It's fully equipped and spacious.

The apartment was fantastic and well stocked with everything we needed to self cater for the week. A big plus for me was the apartment was warm when we arrived so it instantly felt homely, and remained lovely and warm all week. The boot room was great and the apartment was only 5 minutes from the ski lift, and I timed it right every day that I didn't have to queue once. The view from the balcony was amazing, we couldn't get bored of it. The apartment was a little way out of town which, depending on your outlook could be seen as a positive or a negative, for us it was a big positive and we enjoyed some lovely walks back up the road in the evenings. Meggie was super helpful getting our car keys back to us after we left them in the room safe on the day we left.

One of reasons for booking space was laundry room, but it was crowded, all machines in use, slow, closed when convenient to do laundry. For rather expensive place, short on bath linens & paper products & guests are required to take garbage down steep hill. Not many restaurants nearby & long way to market so hard to utilize kitchen.

Room was spacious and had fabulous views of Matterhorn. Kitchen was well equipped and had refrigerator with freezer. Convenient to gondola.

The slight uphill hike to the apartment 😅 and the distance from town but then again you are really close to the gondola station. I'd definitely return despite this.

Amazing view of the Matterhorn, modern, spacious, clean apartment, really close to the Glacier Paradise gondola (although note it's about a 5 minute uphill hike to the apartment from the gondola station, a little longer when you have ski boots on and you're carrying your skis).

Nothing, it is an up hill hike from the town as others have said (turn left at the church, cross the bridge, turn right and keep going until you round the bend) but we are a couple in our 60’s who never felt the need to use transport during our 5 night stay. The walk is worth it.

The apartment was faultless with a fantastic view of the Matterhorn.

The location was superb, the view of the Matterhorn from the balcony was better than any 5* hotel offered. Meggie was kind and friendly and made us feel very welcome. She was responsive to questions asked and made us feel at ease during our stay. The apartment was spacious and very well equipped, with everything we needed to be able to self-cater. We had an amazing stay and would highly recommend this property and Meggie as a host - there's nothing that we can think of that could have improved our stay.

Everything was perfect. I honestly couldn’t fault anything. The apartment was very clean as if we were the first guests who ever used it. Location was quiet which was a plus. Grateful to Meggie as she went the extra mile to help us. Planning to book again and this time we will bring friends with us!

The biggest thing is the host wants to collect tourist taxes in cash on your last day. That was not in the listing anywhere. If you don’t have cash you will have to get it. This should have been included in the total price. This added 16 francs plus the 25 for the taxi one way when we got there. The host did not provide a lot of information. She made a few suggestions the first day but would not advise on tickets etc. also the host should have known the bus system. If I could figure it out in the last day this should be something she knows. It would have made our visit much better to have had access to the bus at the end of very strenuous days of hiking.

The property itself was fabulous. Great views, comfortable bed, hot shower with excellent water pressure. The kitchen had everything needed to cook and a large fridge and freezer. The views were awesome but it was far from the center which would have been fine if it was easy to get to without paying 25 francs for a taxi. There is a bus stop outside the house but the bus was never running. We asked the host about other buses and she provided no information. On our last day we figured out there was a bus about a 7 min walk down and down an elevator. Would have been nice to know the first day. Pay attention to the reviews on the steep hill walking up. If you are planning to walk to the house it is 25 min from town and the hill at the end is a killer especially with luggage. If you are in excellent shape and want to count that as part of your hike then go for it. I would choose a closer in town location on our next trip

Absolutely nothing we didn’t like it was perfect

Perfect host and the property is beautiful and comfortable, it felt like a home away from home very quickly. The view is probably the best view in the whole of Zermatt, we’ve stayed in quite a few places in the village but this has been the best!

I wish the bus stopped at the apartment more frequently than it did and that the last drop off was later in the evening, but that is beyond the control of the hosts of House Mojo. It was very convenient to have the bus stop right outside the door of the apartment.

The apartment had the most perfect view of the Matterhorn any time she peaked out from the fog and clouds. The views of the mountains and valley below were postcard perfect! Perfect location.

The free bus, but you can easily walk into the main parts of town if preferred.

Large, complete one bedroom apartment. High ceilings, lots of window glass for the view which was awesome. Meggie was very charming and helpful. Not right down town, but convenient enough and we loved it. If you want a great place to stay with the Matterhorn in your face, consider House Mojo. The pictures are real.
