We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Exceeded our expectations on every account. Hotel Europa offers many perks worthy of a 4 or 5*, at a vey reasonable price. The spa is fabulous, there is a beautiful restaurant, and there even is a free taxi service to go around town. The staff was friendly and attentive too. Highly recommended.

GermanyTo get to our room from the main hotel we had to walk through and unfinished basement. Not a big deal though and there were multiple entrances to our building anyway. I wish they ran a shuttle more frequently to the lift but it was a short enough walk.
The family room set up was great. The kids room has a sliding door and it’s own bathroom for privacy. There was no fridge but we put our beverages on the porch so no issue. They had a nice breakfast and the spa was lovely (except the hot tub wasn’t very hot but that seems to be a Swiss thing). The ski storage room near the lifts was a nice perk. We brought our border collies and the dog fee was very reasonable and they had plenty of room.

SwitzerlandGreat breakfast. Great spa. Kids were allowed to use the spa. We had a family room, with two bedrooms and two bathrooms, and a balcony. We enjoyed our stay very much. The ski lifts are not very close, but the ski equipment can be left in the lockers closer to the slopes.
