The only minor thing that I didn't like was that the steam bath was out of order. But that's a minor thing. All the rest was really nice.

The staff is very nice, the room was excellent and the hotel has also a spa-area. Plus it's very close to the center of Saas-Fee. The value for money was excellent!

Room was a single but was very small - much smaller than I was expecting from photos etc. The spa was clean and enjoyable but the clothed sauna was out of order and the hot tub was quite cold.

The assistance by the hotel to get to the ski hire shop and to the bus terminal was really appreciated and made any questions of location irrelevant. Good standard of rooms. Loved the hotel ski locker up by the lifts/Intersport. Thank you aslo for the advice about where to watch the Arsenal vs Liverpool game. The One pub is just 100 meters away!

The hotel is nicely located, our room had a beautiful view of the mountains. The location ist good, and there is a convenient taxi-service to go to the slopes and back. The staff were very nice, friendly and helpful. They gave us a coupe very useful tipps which we much appreciated. The breakfast buffet abundant and with many different options. We had dinner at the restaurant both evenings, and I must say the fondue Valaisienne is definitely recommendable :-)

Rooms are dated not like the image shown. It is misleading as the lift beside is only for sledding and the ski lift is far away. The breakfast was very basic and I when I asked to use the coffee machine after breakfast you have to pay extra. The wellness area also only opens from 4pm to 7pm which is not very convenient as we would have liked to use it in the morning. The jacuzzi was rather cold so we didn’t enjoy that. The beds also are very hard with very bad pillows if you need comfort. All in all for the price I would not return. I have stayed in much more high end locations in Zermatt with nicer hotel for much cheaper! I felt welcomed but when leaving the man on the desk did not seem very thankful for our business which left a bad taste for me!

The room was very humid, room 101 facing construction. Extremely badly insulated. Extremely noisy, you hear neighbors around all the time. On top as of 7am cleaning lady’s or kitchen staff start moving tables, beds, chairs. You can’t sleep in the evening and you can’t sleep in the morning. really disappointing for the price we paid, 280 chf, extremely overpriced for this property.
