Nice view, easy access and good transport link even at mountain top

Wonderful friendly staff, good food great location

Location was amazing, Food here is good quality and good portion sizes.

Staff could’ve been more welcoming and sorted a table for us in advance for the restaurant - on our first night the manager said we had a table for 7pm, then on arrival got told it was fully booked. Curtains in the room weren’t very good as they left gaps so people could see into our room.

Fantastic view in a nice and quiet location, ideal for walks and hikes in the mountains. Friendly staff and excellent food.

The stay in the hotel was a wonderful experience - refreshing, welcoming, all very good. Because of a traffic jam, the owner also brought us in his own car to town and saved our day - Already today, we are looking forward to going back to Le CouCou,,,,,, THANK YOU for the experience!

WOW! The view over Montreux was absolutely breath taking. The location away from the city but with an easy train ride down the mountain into Montreux made this a very special place. The restaurant was outstanding. Many local favorites were on the menu and the staff were excellent.

It would have been nice to see the local train schedule in advance of arrival so we could have planned our day better, but everything worked out and I would choose this location again in a heartbeat.

We love the Coucou Hotel - our 3rd visit. Fabulous staff, knock-out view over Lac Léman/Geneva, peaceful, excellent buffet breakfast until 10.30. Delicious dinner. Funicular railway down to Montreux and up to mountain top - spectacular and useful. Car useful for late night returns from the Jazz Festival on week days when the last train back is at 23.30, otherwise it's a taxi! :-)

Really cute bnb style hotel. I had the room with shared bathrooms which worked well. The hotel has a beautiful view, fantastic yard for lounging, lovely dining area and very friendly staff. It took 30 minutes with the scenic train to get to the hotel so allow yourself some time. The views you have will make the whole trip worthwhile!! Breakfast was included. Many hikes can begin from this location. Highly recommend this hotel!

The views, friendly staff and spacious grounds

From the moment I got off the train and walked along the beautiful road towards the hotel taking in the views, I was very impressed. The property itself has kept it's vintage charm. The staff were really lovely, the decor is beautiful as described. There are no smoking rules and also no noise after 11, this was brilliant, so relaxing. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful with limitless barista coffee, made by the very busy and very efficient and polite staff member. I wish I could've stayed longer.

There was only one plug outlet in my room, so I had to choose to use fan or charge phone, I chose to relax and read in the cool air of the fan.

Very nice staff and good breakfast. Ticket for the local transport included in the prize.

The prize is high but that's how it is in Switzerland which is an expensive country

Breakfast was good and the staff was really good, friendly and co-operative.

Room was too small. Hardly any space even to move. Location of the hotel is far from the city. The road is too much narrow. Very difficult to drive till hotel.

Needed more pillows, ones on bed not enough and very flat No upright shower, had to use handheld for showering Noisy in evenings and can hear others walking up and down staircase and in other rooms
