Absolutely loved the views from the hotel! The location provided beautiful views away from the noise of the town. The small store in the lobby had the essentials for enjoying the stay. We loved the small kitchen in our apartment!

Nothing specific. Only thing if they would have mentioned the wifi password in the welcome msg or mail with the note for guest they can connect the wifi once they reach outside the building to enter the building will help tourist checkin and they dont need to find sim card for internet

The only suggestion I have is to improve the safety of the balcony area, as I was a bit worried about the kids opening the balcony door. Other than that, everything was perfect. I’d definitely stay here again and recommend it to others!

Our stay at the apartment was truly wonderful — we spent unforgettable days there, thanks to the beautiful view of the river and the apartment’s strategic location in the heart of Interlaken, close to restaurants and tourist attractions. The host was always in touch, very responsive, and extremely helpful. The property also has a lovely lobby area with comfortable seating, a section for electronic games, and refrigerators stocked with daily essentials like milk, eggs, and more. If I ever return to Interlaken, I will definitely stay here again. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a family-friendly place to relax and enjoy a happy vacation. In short: a perfect place for families, relaxation, and a memorable holiday.

The fan in one of the bathrooms was really loud during our stay.

Location was great, within walking distance to the main shopping street and right by the river. The view was magnificent, overseeing the mountains. Room was modern, clean, spacious and well-equipped. Staff was super friendly and helpful. The check-in instructions were super clear, so when we got there, the process was very smooth. The App to control the door and the check-in/out process is super cool.

It was very good, but I think needed a deep clean that was missing. Under the table there were crumbs and in the corners dust bunnies. But overall was very good. I have a cleanliness issue so could be just me noticing each detail.

Super clean n new furnished....fully equipped kitchen, bedroom is big , toilet is clean n just right size with window...super comfy bed Air con super good, staff are helpful n friendly ..... Downside , abit walk like 15 to 20 mins to ost station but still manageable, n its quite pricy in summer time Apart from that , i am happy with my stay...

Amazing apartments! Perfect for a family traveling with young children. Spacious room, A/C, functional kitchen, super nice terrace with amazing views from the mountain. Short walking distance from downtown, yet very clam neighborhood.

There was nothing to complain about

Just as shown in the photos, the view was absolutely amazing. The two bathrooms and fully equipped kitchen made our stay incredibly comfortable (we were two couples). The hosts were kind, and the warm goodbye gift was a lovely touch. The digital key system also worked perfectly throughout our stay.

The view was stunning and the location was perfect and close to everything but still quiet and peaceful. The apartment was very clean, well-maintained, and equipped with everything we needed. The smart self-check-in system was very convenient and smooth, saving us time and making the arrival process easy. Overall, it was a very comfortable and enjoyable stay for the whole family.
