We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

United KingdomI hadn't realised that the church bells ring at 6am every morning for about 5 minutes. We got used to it but it was a surprise on the first morning!
When we arrived we were met by the owners and given a little tour of the property. They were very friendly and provided eggs from their chickens. The property is historic and as such has interesting features inside and out. It is located in beautiful area, close to the train station and with easy access to shops. We used it as a base to visit the Aletsch Glacier, travelling a part of the Glacier Express train route to Fiesch and Goms Bridge. We also went to the Thermalbad in Brigerbad, which the kids loved.

The house is huge and for a group of 4 it was super comfortable! The house is located in a very old part of Brig with houses from the 16th-17th century - it felt like a history lesson :) At the same time the house had modern equipments and comforts which made it well equipped and easy to use and stay. Overall we loved it! The host also gave us eggs which was a lovely surprise and was understanding and very welcoming on our arrival! :)

He helped us to check in and even waited for us for late check in! We can’t thank you enough. His place is really great and has a beautiful surroundings! When we check out, his father help with us to carry our luggage to our car! What a great person! God bless both of you. Thanks for having us!

The hosts were amazingly friendly and did everything they could to make our stay perfect. The apartment was super original, very interesting features, beautiful surroundings, and there were loads of unexpected extras like the fresh eggs on arrival!

IrelandIt’s a bit uphill and we find it hard to pull our luggages. We brought a luggge coz we visited 5 European cities. But for a small luggage should be fine.
The property is nice, clean, and spacious. The host is so kind, gave us some eggs to cook and very responsive when communicating.

SwitzerlandSuper friendly hosts, very kind and accomadating. Very nice apartment, clean and comfortable. Big but at the same time cosy with a nice wood burning stove. 3 rooms - one with a single bed, the next with a double and a single bed and the 3rd with 3 single beds, so it's perfect for a big group. Even equipped with a baby bed, high chair and some kids toys :) A short bus ride up to belalp for some nice skiing. We would definitely come again!
