The apartment is compact but comfortable. It's a short walk from the train station and just on the edge of the old town. It's convenient having the restaurant just below to get some food in the evenings. There is also a nice breakfast/brunch place nearby.

Good location in Old City, about a 7-8 min walk from train station and cableway. Complete with kitchenette. Clean unit. Self check-in. Host was very communicative.

The surrounding noice is quite important as the appartement is located near a busy road. Unfortunately the windows are not sounding proof so you hear everything. We were four people in the appartement and after the third shower, the water was cold. Also the water didn’t properly drained out of the shower due to a stuffed evacuation pipe.

The only thing that could be improved was a blind or curtains in the kitchen area.

Good location. Just a few minutes walk from Chur station and easy to find. On the edge of the beautiful old town. Everything you needed, we had bunk beds, which were great for myself and my daughter. A comfy and clean room. Easy instructions to let ourselves in and out.

Listing said non smoking, but both of our rooms were smoking rooms and smelled like it. That was disappointing.

It was really hot in the room with only a fan and no ac. If you opened the window to ventilate it was pretty because of how central it was.

The scenery was really beautiful with tall mountains around the city, the city had many old buildings. The room was close to the station with a nice walk to it! The check-in was also really easy with a box with a code you got in a mail with the key inside it.

A bit noisy, all other rooms in the floor allowed smoking and the smell was in the corridor and also in our room. Not very pleasant, especially when traveling with kids.

No enough head room for a small adult to use the lower bunk. The bunk bed would be better separated and used as two twins. The trundle could still be used if the square table was over in the kitchen

Stairs could be an issue if older people travelling with larger bags. size is ‘cosy’ but no problem if just a couple. Also no information about wifi code in room till we asked downstairs in restaurant.

Rather steep stairs so not easy carrying luggage. Flat could do with a bit of TLC. The shower door doesn't close fully so water was leaking on to the floor. Kitchen worktop cracked

Convenient and quiet location for Bernina Express and handy for the old town with plenty of places to eat. Cheap by Swiss standards. OK for a single night's stay.

The stairs to the property is very narrow especially with a large suitcase.
