The house owner is super friendly and very very helpful for the entire journey from the minute I placed the booking. Everything of the house is perfect, location, size, comfort of the bed, EVERYTHING!

What a wonderful place to stay. Couldn’t fault anything. Bergen even came to the railway station to get us. The appartment is directly opposite the railway station so all you need to do is cross over the road to get there. You have a view of the Matterhorn from the appartment. There is everything you need to be self sufficient with meals and a co op directly below. The appartment is quiet and comfortable and right in the town centre. You can walk to everything. We had a wonderful stay and would stay there again.

Great location, opposite the train station. Wonderful hosts. We were greeted outside the Hauptbahnhof when we first arrived, shown to our apartment and given an introduction to the apartment and the town. Everything was as described and we were given a bottle of the very nice local wine. The apartment was clean and the beds comfortable. The kitchen was small but had everything we needed to prepare meals. The Coop supermarket downstairs in the same building made catering very easy.

It was an excellent apartment with a million dollars view of matterhorn from our bed from the lounge and from the balcony. The location was excellent. Everything was close by, like co-op store station and all other amenities it was very clean and comfortable. The linen was very neat. Extreme attention was given to minute details like I pad was present in room which shows current weather conditions of matterhorn and other mountains top the books in the lounge were very informative and interesting we used to study them every evening above all the host was an excellent gentleman very polite very cooperative he even came to pick us up at station when he came to know it's our first time in zermatt if we pile up all these things it has made our trip so comfortable so memorable that if I have to come to zermatt again definitely I will stay here again after hicking when we used to back in this apartment it was so welcoming and comfortable

If we get a list of applicable discounts from the owner in advance, we can save some money. For example, train ticket can be substantially discounted, but we bought one a few days in advance and the discount was then not applicable.

The owner was very kind and friendly, he helped us even with our lagguage and waited for us at the train station despite we came late. He explained us everything important and provided additional tips for the trips and trails. The appartment is equipped as a regular flat - everything what we needed for living, cooking etc was there! A large balcony was very convenient.

Super convenient location—right across the street from the train station in Zermatt center and above a shopping center with a grocery store. We greatly enjoyed the view of the Matterhorn from the balcony and the proximity to the town square where there was folk music and a goat parade every day we were there! Also, much thanks to the very kind host who was available to answer questions both about the apartment and about Zermatt, and provided great recommendations for fun activities! We had an amazing time and would definitely stay again.

It is not possible to describe the kindness of the host, Mr Bürgin. From the first contacts he was receptive and available to help in everything. He met us at Zermatt station so we wouldn't go wrong crossing the street 🤣, as the apartment is right in front of the station. Thousand information. Unbeatable location for those arriving by train. The apartment is excellent and has absolutely everything you could need. Everything really! Comfortable beds with feather bedding, excellent. The third bed, built into the living room, on the same level as the others. And finally, the incredible view of the Matterhorn. Simply perfect. Thank you Mr. Bürgin for making our visit so perfect! Everything about the apartment is excellent!! Location (just steps in front of train station), room, cleanliness is perfect. The view is breathtaking!! seeing the matterhorn from the window and balcony is like a dream. last but not least, the host is sooo nice. highly recommended!!

The owner Mr. Burgin picked us from the station, guided us to his apartment, which was not even 50 meters from the Zermatt Train Station. The apartment was perfect for a family of 3. The view of the Matterhorn right from the bedroom and the balcony was beyond imagination. The supermarket is right on the ground floor of the apartment building. The kitchen was well equipped. A perfect home away from home!
