The upholstered kitchen chairs need to be professionally cleaned or replaced. They were very dirty and stained. Also, there was no frying pan - a basic utensil of any kitchen. The second bedroom was do very small when the Murphy bed was pulled out that there was absolutely NO room to move around the bed. You had to walk over the top of it.

Usually expect a drip coffee device so came prepared but there wasn't one so had to improvise with a wine glass! That's all I can complain about really.

Extremely clean, well equipped, even provided some dishwasher tablets! Great base for being outside most of the day.

There was no hand wash/soap provided or bodywash. Also no coffee/tea. We checked in late in the evening so luckily we had shampoo with us to wash hands. I suggest advising that such items are not provided by the apartment as it is an essential that most hotels and apartments offer and items I normally don’t pack for a weekend.

It was very spacious and conveniently located close to the parking and bus terminal. Easy access to the bus stops to take you to the gondolas

Bathroom shower head was missing a screw in the attachment to the wall. This should be addressed in basic maintenance checks.

The accommodation was clean and tidy. All the necessary facilities were there. The location was nice and quiet.

The living room which is primarily has the sofa bed is extremely tiny and thus once beds were opened, there was no way to access anything in the room.

Location is good, i.e. close to the parking lot at Saas-Fee and there was a bus stop that brought one to the slopes easily

When we arrived, we noticed the floor was dusty. We swept and mopped the floor, and the water quickly became dark. The caretaker did not manage to clean it before our arrival due to their many units, he said.

The location is good from the central station—walking distance. It is far from the crowd and the view from the balcony is the best as our unit was at the top floor.

Unfortunately we had several negative experiences with a man who apparently takes care of several properties for this company. First, he was very rude to my mother in law and demanded that she pay him extra money as he thought we were more people than were in the booking. Then, I had a difficult time to open the door with the key and called to ask for help and when he arrived he was again very rude and clearly irritated with me. But the worst encounter was over the phone after we had already left. He accused me of stealing/losing the second set of keys and threatened that I would have to pay a 200chf fine! I wasted 15 minutes trying to explain to him that we only ever had one set of keys. The biggest flaw in this property (besides this man) is the way there is no contact at check in and check out (they leave the door unlocked and keys in the apartment) the whole drama at the end could have been avoided if they had a better system and a different caretaker for their properties. Completely ruined an otherwise decent place.

Although overall we had a very good experience, one way it could be improved is to have some sort of hand soap in the bathroom, to be able to properly wash hands before buying some from the local stores.

During our stay the apartment doors were left open with the keys inside. Multiple apartments were left open. We booked in english but received a final email in German, which we Google translated. The translate told us to stay in room 2. So we went there, when we should have gone to floor 2 room 4. This was an honest mistake and the hosts made very little effort to check you in so a mistake that should be understandable. Late on the first evening the host let him self into the apartment with keys and started screaming "why are you here, how did you get in here". He had a printed email for us in his hand so knew who we where but instead didn't not introduce him self but screamed at us for a long time instead. all the doors were left open. I was terrified and glad my husband was with us. We apologies for the mistake and said sorry and that we didn't mind cleaning and moving to the other identical apartment, he responded to this by continuing to scream at us saying it wasn't OK and calling us stupid and telling us how much me "messed things up for him". Not only was his reaction the most unprofessional hosting I have ever seen. I was genuinely terrified that he unlocked the door came in and screamed. We moved to the other identically apartment as another guest would be staying in apartment 2 from the next day, and I barricaded the door. Please never let your self into accommodation with young woman and start screaming at them, you ruined our hoilday and I was shaken for days after the interaction. We understood the mistake and tried to be as helpful as possible and left the apartment spotless, the host is unreasonable and aggressive.

Kitchen had the minimum (new pots - but only 3 pots)! wanted to make an egg - no frying pan. No tea-pot; so if you want to make tea then only a cup at a time (small cups - British style; no mugs). No microwave --the oven might have doubled up as a microwave - not sure, no instructions on that. No kitchen counter space to prepare food (cut vegs, meat, etc); they could easily have made an L-shape in the kitchen with counter top space on the wall at the window and find another space to place the small fridge. Kitchen & dining in same area and very tight in terms of space. Dining table & chairs very basic --the table was not even stable. No sitting room to just relax on a sofa ---it's either you have to lay in your bed or sit at the small dining table. Advertisement said 2 bedrooms --should have been clear to say it's a 1-bedroom and sitting room was converted to a small bedroom. No way to access the balcony except through the bedrooms. The toilet seat needs to be replaced - was awful and has been used for a long time. Shower also needs to be replaced - panel on toilet side loose and did not slide too well; poor drainage in shower; it was blocked when we arrived and had to buy drainage fluid to clear it --why could that not have been taken care of when the apartment was being cleaned prior to arrival? Entire place needs to be repainted - lots of paint coming off on doors, walls, etc

Location was perfect; not far from the parking garage so made it easy with luggage. The mattress on the bed in the main bedroom was nice and firm. Lots of closet space in different areas was great. Kitchen stove and cabinets seemed to be newly replaced. Self check-in was fantastic - didn't have to wait in line at a counter to check-in or scramble to find keys hidden some place--apartment was unlocked and keys on the table!!

The value for money is not right according to my understanding. but probably every place is terribly overpriced in Switzerland.

The location was quite close to the parking place, thus it was fairly easy to reach with luggage.

Poorly equipped kitchen, minimal plates etc. ok for one night, a week you’d be washing all the time. Strange layout, large tv in bedroom but non in communal area. Tired decor, doors with holes in. Did not meet expectations for price.

Location is good, close to car park and bus. Space in apartment is good. Ski bus stops outside.
