On arrival parking was confusing as the email said to make sure we parked in correct position between the lines, but there were no lines painted for this space. Once we were inside the apartment we found a diagram to confirm we were in the correct space. Washing machine was a bonus but the payment system a bit old. When we went to retrieve our washing the machine had been relocked and we had to pay another coin to get our washing out. Instructions in English for dishwasher and TV would be helpful. The bath towels provided were lovely and thick but there were not enough rails and hooks to hang them in the apartment.

Good location, this apartment is spacious. The kitchen was well stocked with plenty of dishes. We loved sitting out on the deck in the late afternoon sun.

The beds made quite amount of noise, not bothering me but my parents. The location was a little bit confusing to find due to the road construction nearby, and checkin process was also confusing as we got more keys than instructed. The neighbor kind lady helped us.

Very spacious kitchen with lots of kitchenware. Two bathrooms are convenient. There is a laundry room in the basement with washer and dryer (for a fee) is a lifesaver.

We did find the beds very uncomfortable - they just needed a topper pad comfort layer to be off the springs. We used the duvet inners which worked ok. I have brought this to the owners attention. But don’t let this stop you from staying here.

I came from Australian summer so found the apartment to be a bit cold even with the radiators on full. The Europeans with us didn't think so but I guess for me it was hard to acclimatise. One other thing and this again is probably due to where I am from, the pillows in Switzerland are very different. Found this to be in every place we stayed. Almost 50% bigger and very flat. Nit picking here but worthwhile for someone similar to know.

The apartment is cute and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Full kitchen, lots of space for relaxing on the couches. The location is a very short train ride to Zermatt which is bustling with people everywhere, whilst Tasch is more quiet. The host was super responsive with all of our questions. It snowed the last couple of nights and the town looked spectacular. We really enjoyed our time in the apartment and the area. Thank you for having us!

Not easy to locate. If you have heavy luggage and need to carry it, it's tough to carry it to the apartment. The bedroom almirahs need repairs.

It was wonderful to stay there. The apartment is very nice, neat, and clean. The drawing room is very well decorated and has a cozy sofa set. The kitchen is well-equipped with all amenities and plenty of utensils. Bedroom are spacious. It is close to the railway station in Täsch. The owner, Julia, is very supportive.

Some extra dishwasher tablets and a kitchen napkin would be a good addition. But it's just nitpicking.

The host gave us timely and detailed instructions during the whole stay. The apartment itself is beautiful with high quality furnishings and kitchen. Having a parking place saves a lot of money. Internet speed is good. Conveniently located from Täsch railway station. Most importantly, the apartment felt like coming home after a long day of activities.

Wish there were more pillows for the beds…for options. (I like a fluffy pillow and my husband doesn’t care too much.)

Price was great. Easy walk to the train to then go to Zermatt. (Looked much easier than some of the places in Zermatt.) Easy walk to the Co-op grocery store (though it didn’t open until 8:00 and closed at 18:30. Easy walk to a yummy kabab shop. The apartment was beautiful! It had lots of room for our family of 4 adults. Kitchen was great with about everything you would need. We didn’t watch TV, but it was there and appeared to work. Everyone loved how comfy the couch was. Kitchen table (and the WiFi) allowed those of us who needed to …to get online to work. Beds were ok. Kind of on the firm side. But I slept so that was good. Bedding was good. Two bathrooms were very helpful! Julia was great to answer all of my questions and she did so fairly promptly. She was such a help. She gave great directions.

It's a very good option to those that intend to go to Zermatt and see Matterhorn mountain. It's a very confortable apartment, with parkink place included, that has a big living room, a well equipped brad new kitchen, 02 bathrooms, and rooms with confortables beds. Also there is free Wifi and a big brand new TV. Even there is a nice balcony outside the living room.

cleaner accused us n inform the the owner that we left the house in a mess n she asking for extra money to buy cleaning product.she also accused us stealing for the missing item. this doesnt make sense at all. we took initiative to clean the house before check out. we do this almost in any apartment that we stay. n its was like a routine for us to make sure our house that we rent was left as clean as when we enter the house. for owner information your cleaner is not doing her job. she put a 60litre garbage bag in 100litre size garbage bin which is not appropriate. no plastic in sanitary bin in both toilet. there is no body wash or shampoo provided in the main toilet . only hand wash solution. the house is cold as the heater is not functioning.

The car parking space was quite tight to get into but fortunately there were not many other cars parked.

The apartment was in a great location, easy walking distance to the train station for the shuttle to Zermatt. It was very spacious with 2 good sized bedrooms, plenty of space for 4 people and a well equiped kitchen. There were cable channels on the TV which was great to relax after a busy day hiking.
