SwitzerlandI cannot complain for anything. I saw someone was complaining that one of the balconies needs renewal. We found the balcony to be fully usable, it was clean with comfortable seats. Yes, painting on the balcony is here and there not perfect but such things are corrected by the renovation of the building's facade and not individually per apartment. And in general the building seems to be well maintained, so I believe that will happen soon (as mentioned this was not a problem at all).
This is a very convenient apartment, the location is very good for those who want to be close to the nature, it is a good starting point for hiking but also to visit Bad Ragaz or mountain Pizol. Just a few steps away there is a restaurant, pool, small shop. The apartment has enough space, there are multiple rooms, more equipment than we actually needed, enough towels, coffee, etc. It is very quite, it is relaxing to watch the mountains from one of the terraces. You can park your car next to the building or in the garage.

NetherlandsIt was a bit difficult to find the entrance behind the building. Also which building was not quite clear. Once we found it, all was easy.
The place was very well equipped, had everything we needed and more. Opposite was the Dorfladen where you can get all necessities, open until 8pm. It is quiet and everything worked well.

NetherlandsTo be honest the beds where not very comfortable maybe because the matresses are thin. There where not uncomfortable but could be better. This is the only detail (and not a reason to miss the rest)
The view from both sides of the appartment was amazing. Very calm and quiet neighbourhood, we did not see the host but when I had a question, I just sent a message and someone answered immediately. Very helpful and super friendly!

UkraineWe had a very disappointing experience at this apartment. Right upon arrival, we discovered that there was no internet. While the owner may not have been able to fix it personally, it’s their responsibility to ensure such basic amenities are working on the day guests arrive. We called the owner twice on the first evening and were told they would try to resolve the issue as soon as possible. Later, we received a message suggesting that we go around the building at 8 PM and ask neighbors to share their Wi-Fi — this, after a long journey with three kids. Instead of helping resolve the issue, the owner left it to us to figure out. For the next two full days, the owner never followed up, showed no interest, and gave us no updates on whether the internet would be fixed during our stay. It was my birthday, and I couldn’t even respond to messages — and if I had needed to work, it simply wouldn’t have been possible. My wife and I ended up spending around €70–80 on mobile data, which of course no one is going to reimburse, even though internet access was clearly included in the price. Other issues: old, squeaky beds with extremely uncomfortable mattresses, only four blankets for five people, no trash bags, no laundry detergent, and very old furniture throughout the apartment. The only reason I’m giving one star is for the nice view from the windows and the small selection of kids’ games, crayons, and markers.

United KingdomAccess to appartment key box was an issue, not very well planned owner sent an email which due to us traveling I did not notice but this would never have resolved issue of a locked door which took 30mins to gain access and not what you what after long travel day, but we got it sorted. Rated on here as 4 star when in fact appartment is rated as 3 star ( appartment comfort rating 3 stars ) alot personnal items left tired looking appartment but very clean which is the key

SwitzerlandThe apartment smelled of damp laundry on entering. We opened windows and found a clothes horse with wet towels on it in the small bedroom. Later in the evening we discovered the bedding, duvets, pillows etc were not dry. Some were damp others almost wet. The owner seemed to doubt our word. Even when a neighbour came at his request with dry bedding, he had trouble believing her that the duvets and pillows were too damp to sleep in. We had to take two hotel rooms in Bad Ragaz at 10pm! The owner initially offered only a bottle of wine and some chocolates as recompense. No willingness to pay the hotel bills and repay the ruined night. His improved offers come slowly and niggardly. We are still hoping for a just recompense for a thoroughly spoiled weekend
Nice location with great views and plenty of good walks. Friendly village shop. Friendly locals. Even in poor weather the mountains wreathed in cloud were atmospheric.
