Clearer instructions on finding the parking spot (a simple map would have made a difference). Also, having fees added (for towels, etc.) is never cool. It would be good, if all cost is disclosed (and charged) with the original Booking.com receipt.

Good to note that it is far away from a few places of interest ( 1h20 from Montreux, 2 or 3 hours from Interlaken, depending of the route you take)

It'a good-sized apartment for 3-4 people, very clean and well equipped. It's a bit hard to find though, after a good 20 minutes of search we found the entrance at number 9 and not 20 as the host told us.

The flat was conveniently situated near the spa and just a short, pleasant walk from the rest of the town. The apartment was impeccably clean and clearly well-maintained. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would happily return to this location.

One inconvenience is that you need to bring your own duvet cover or pay additionally for it. Other than that, everything was super good :)

We were there at the tail end of a heat wave, and the apartment doesn't get much ventilation when the shutters are down. It might help to have a fan for the summer months.

Easy 5 minute walk from the bus stop, very short walk into the center of town and to the Gemmi and Torrent lifts. Patricia was very clear in her instructions for check-in. The apartment was clean and comfortable.

Kitchen has almost everything but no kettle and no toster. Bed lining and towels not included. Awful pillows.

There was a noisy neighbour on the upper floor who kept making noises until well past midnight. Since it was very quiet around, the only noises coming from the upper floor was really annoying. Also it would help if there was a microwave and kettle available, but still well-equipped clean kitchen.

The location is great, easy to find in small and charming village. The apartment is in good order and have most of the facilities one need for a comfortable stay. We didn't see the host but she could be reached easily on WhatsApp. Migros supermarket is also nearby. Thermal spa and tourist information within walking distance.

The stay at Fortuna Haus was great! The interactions with the host were very smooth, she was super kind and very helpful in promptly providing us with many information and applying for a tourist card for us. The apartment was great and the house concierge was also very kind, we would happily come again to Haus Fortuna, that has all the comforts for a great stay!

the owner tried to ask for 300 euro from us by fraudly reporting we broke her furniture that was broken before. be careful to check the information from the website, people have to prepare all the sheets and bed using things or pay much money for using the owner's.

Imagine booking a place only for the host to message you after receiving money to say there's no bedsheets or towels included and it'd cost an extra 50% of your entire booking to get bedsheets / towels. The hallmarks of a scam. OH yeah, there's no proper curtains so your eyeballs will be blasted with sunlight at 4am. Then the host is super unresponsive. Took over 2h to check in, figure out how to open the garage (in the rain with the host not responding), get in the apartment etc. Oh the best part of all, the host doesn't register the guests properly with the city but asks for tourist tax. Straight shady scammy practices and a terrible experience in general.
