You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United KingdomIt was a bit awkward to get up to the flat from the street as you had to get 2 lifts but that was not too difficult. The mezzanine room was very low- ok for kids but not really adults.
The property was clean and tidy and well set up for a family of 6. There was a ski store on the ground floor and a smart tv which was good for the kids to relax after a day of skiing.

United KingdomThe apartment was not in a friendly neighbourhood. We were family of 5 given room in the top storey for teo days.constantly the neighbours were complaining of noise and disurbance .the building is not at all family friendly and neighbours are not welcoming

AustraliaThe beds in the loft are not suitable for adults as the head room only allows one to crawl in the loft space. Also not really safe for kids either so this place is only suitable for 4 adults. Although bunk beds could be easily be placed in one bedroom. Not having clothes washing / drying facilities was very inconvenient and for the price paid for this place it was disappointing to not even have a washing machine or a drying area - If space is an issue maybe swap out the dishwasher for a clothes washer/dryer or remove the shower over bath and replace with a shower allowing space for a washer / dryer.
Great elevated location and not too far from the town centre / train station - OK walking distance to every where as the electric taxis are quite expensive.
